Captian's helmets; On or Off?

Im a captain, and we take our helmets off. Personally though, it doesn't matter. Why make such a big deal over such a trivial things as a helmet?

I believe its alot better to have your helmet off at the coin toss it looks better and it is more respectful for the opposing team.

I still think you strap it on to show the other team you're ready to play, not to disrespect them. I was a captain 3 times, but I only got to call it twice. lol Tails never Fails.
