Coach, congratulations. The greatest rivalry in region 8 never fails to excite us all. Sorry to see Drew hurt, but it was genius to get him down to 130 (or 132). He wrestled a great much, under the circumstances. Y'all get healthy, and we'll see you Saturday.

Probably couldn't make weight and tried to run from Sharp. Almost didn't work!

From what I hear, Sharpe weighed in at 171 and Borneman weighed in at 160. There was a double forfeit at 160, and Borneman bumped up to wrestle Sharpe. So obviously he was not running from him.

Borneman weighed in at 160 to wrestle Sharp. He bumped up to 171. Not to take anything away from Ben but why would the #1 ranked wrestler in the state run from someone? Oh yeah, and don't worry about my mom...it was my idea.

That was the plan sinece the day before. We weighed in Busey 152 and Borneman at 160 Germantown weighed in Geyer and Sharp at 160. We wanted the Borneman Sharp matchup. The Borneman Sharp match was closer than we wanted it to be, but we still got the points we needed out of it. Most importantly, this set up the 12 points we were looking for at 215 and 275.
