i'm not really sure, coach hasn't told us nothing but who we play and that is whitwell and south pittsburg. i also know we play the first and last game of the day.

LV's is the week after easter which is like april 12-17 or something like that

Have you heard anything else about the jamboree schedule...for teams other than valley?

Has anybody else made improvements to their field? I'm sure it's gotten around that we raised our fence from right to left center.

10:00 Lookout Valley vs. Whitwell

11:45 Whitwell vs. Sale Creek

1:30 Sale Creek vs. CCS

3:15 CCS vs. South Pittsburg

5:00 Lookout Valley vs. South Pittsburg

 

All games will be either 5 innings or an hour and a half long, whichever comes first.

i am starting against whitwell but only throwing 1 or 2 innings because of the season opener monday vs. hixson. josh hill is starting against south pitt

I think Whitwell has a legitimate shot at winning the district this season. They had one bad inning against Lookout Valley, but the Tiger pitching and defense was solid the rest of the way against the Jackets. Watch out for Whitwell if they start hitting the ball, because the pitching and defense is right where needs to be at this point and should be a strength for the Tigers this season.

whitwell does have a pretty strong defense but their offense could use a little work but that should pick up. i agree on the tigers having a good year and the have the potential to make a region 3A tournament appearence.
