7A Freshman...?

I was just wondering how any 7A freshman were looking coming up this next year? Like Red Boiling Springs {because I heard they had one real good one}or Clay County? They got any good 8th graders coming into High School?

Well, I can speak for Red Boiling Springs and yes they do have a pretty good Freshman class coming in next year. They should be very good as they grow older and get accustomed to the high school game.

 

Ashton Gentry-C-Physical down low, big presence, can put the ball in the hole

Amber Claywell-PG-Sees the floor well, can knock down the outside shot good

Tess Copas-G-Fills the role of 3 guard pretty well, can also shoot well

Ellie Boles-G-Great ball handling for a taller 2-Guard

 

I only look for good things from these girls as they mature. When this group is Juniors and Seniors, I think they have a legitimate shot at the 7A crown. Maybe before then.

The freshman for Clay County from this year that will be sophmores next year will be really awesome in a year or two.They went to nationals in AAU in their 8th grade year and should be the next big thing in Celina.Go Dawgs!

Clay County has some pretty good players coming up.

Timeka Boles= PG can handle pressure really well and has a killer shot.

Kari Williams=P very good rebounder and is pretty good down low.

Haley Copas=W has a very good 3-point shot and can rebound pretty good too.

Courtney Sherrel=W pretty good shot.

Taylor Dixion= has a good outside shot.

 

Next years sophmores r going to be good to they have been playing together for 5 or 6 years and know each others moves and actions they r going to make.They play really good together.
