Lewis Co. defeated Giles Co. 3-2 in the first game. Tim Watson was the winning pitcher. 0hits 3 walks 11k's. Giles' runs came from 2 fielding errors and a wild pitch. In the second game Lewis Co. defeated Giles Co. 4-3 in 9 innings. Lewis Co. had offensive production from all 9 players. Watson hit a homerun in the first to get the ball rolling. Seemed like Lewis Co. had runners in scoring position all night, just couldn't get that one hit to bust the game open. Great pitching in the second game by Drew Wills and Nathaniel Sublett. Way to go guys...keep it up

Wow, Lewis sweeps the double-header in Pulaski - stop the presses. Congratulations Panthers.

These two games must have been something to watch, especially that 2nd one which went 9 innings. Interesting side note: After Page's game with Fairview last night, I was talking with Fairview's catcher Brandon Butler about the other district games and he said what if Lewis won both games with Giles - he must be clairvoyant.

Still looking for results of Marshall at Loretto.
