Farragut vs. CBHS

An excellent lacrosse game, to say the least. Throughout the entire game the score stayed about two goals apart, sometimes even one. CBHS led most of the game by one or two goals, although Farragut retaliated for almost every goal scored on them. At one point in the 4th it was tied 8-8, until CBHS scored to make it 9-8. It was a heartbreaker for FHS, though. They missed a shot with 8 seconds to go and ended their season. Both teams played an excellent game, despite the fact that the officiating was not the best I've seen this year. Both teams played their hearts out. Good luck to CBHS in the semi-finals.

This game was about the goalies. They both made about 20 saves with most coming in close. CBHS scored with about 5 minutes left in the 4th to go up by one. Farragut got a misconduct penalty at the 2 minute mark which killed them. Farragut got the look they wanted with about 20 seconds left (20 feet top center and the goalie made an insane spinning save deflecting the ball off the butt-end of his stick. CBHS played great, Farragut played great. Great game in all.

CBHS dominated the first half and Farragut played a little better the second, it just wasnt enough.
