Coach of the year in District 1-AA

Who does everybody think the coach of the year should be in this district?

In my opinion I think it should go Chuck Mclain of Volunteer. I know Happy Valley won the conference and everything and they should have won it as much talent as they had anybody could coach them. Coach Mclain was in his 1st year as head coach as coach Mo Cloud stepped down for a year because he had a baby and Mclain did a heck of a job. Was in the running for 1st place at the end of the season just had to win 2 games over Happy Valley but they were just too powerful but i think he did a HECK of a job as head coach and everyone at Volunteer doesnt know how lucky we are to have him as a coach. He defiantly has my vote for coach of the year and if Coach Cloud comes back as the head coach i guarentee Volunteer has the best assistant coach in Tennessee!

yeah,from what ive heard,he should win and probably will.he did a good job this year.

I beleive Chuck Mclain from volunteer should get it, it was his first season and he did a heck of a job and should get reconized for it

if chuck doesnt win it,then it will be coach hyder.it was hvs first conference title in a long time and the first time one of his teams won 20 games.

Yes i agree butch its between Mclain and Hyder. Both did a good job this year.

Hands down.... Coach Hyder @ Happy Valley He put together a team that went places that no other HV team has been to since the "70's. No dog in the race just an opionion about a good coach. Volunteer has done well also as has Central and Unicoi. When the conference regular season play was over, the Warriors held the trophy.

They should have held the trophey at the end look at all the talent they have! Heck anybody could coach them and they would have won the conference but im not putting him down they did a good job this year and im sure he was part of it but come on look at all the talent. Volunteers coach Mclain was in his 1st season as head coach and was 2 games away from winning the conference without as much talent as Happy Valley I just think he should get conference coach of the year because he actually did have to coach a little bit and did a heck of a job!

Heck unicoi's coach might get coach of the year but i still think it should go to volunteer's coach mclain.
