If a player quits the team for a stupid reason and then 2 weeks later they try to go back and he lets them and then they quit again and wanna come back what should they do about that

Son, that's one for your coach to answer to the captains and the varsity squad. I can imagine how you feel and if I were in your position, I might ask the same questions of my coach... having said that, sometimes there are things that you might not know about a situation that are of a personal nature and the coach may be trying to help the young man through some difficult phase in his life. I don't think you would have ask this question unless you wanted ammo to go back to the coach with but I can't and won't give it to you. I suggest that you talk to your parents about the matter and possibly your position coach. Every coach has to deal with these problems in their own way and I'll bet he has some information you don't have. (JUST A GUESS). Good luck!

im not a coach but i wasnt a captain and senoir last yr and we had almost that exact same situation..........but this is what we did.............we gave him a week of practice to prove if he really wanted to and we made him do a little runnin after every practice to make sure he had the heart to really stay...........needless to say he didnt like the runnin and didnt think he had to prove anything so we cut him and he watched from the stands................i hope i have been some help good luck w/ the situation and ur season
