Not sayin that this is the best squad in the state but for AA watch for these boys from Liberty Tech.

 

PG- Anthony Sampson-5'0 (He is the shortest and quickest player in the state. Try to press this kid.)

 

2G- Brandon Evans-6'1 (One of the top gueards in North Carolina last year in the clas of 06)

 

2G- Jewon Long-6'1 (The best sophmore in the state in my opinion)

 

PF- Quincy Wynn-6'4 (Can jump out of the gym and plays like a 6'9 C)

 

C- Quinton Wynn-6'4 (See his twin brother right above him.)

 

This team will do some things this year and will shock everyone.

Brentwood Academy has a starting five that is not to bad.

 

Brandon Wright- 2nd national ranked junior 6'9

Joshua Bone- 6'3 sg mid-high level D-1

Mason Revelette-5'11 3year starter low level D-1

John Garrett- strong soph

Barry Turner- 6'5 highly recruited football

Brian Wright- 6'6 soph

CR4, i know josh might go d1 mid, but mason is really stretching it. He's a good highschool player but nothing special. But i agree, BA is gonna be unbelievable this year.

b-town is talking about Bolivar Central, last years AA state champs who didn't lose many seniors and picked up Wayne Chism. They should have a good starting group this year. Also BA will be good this year.

 

And, no, the best starting five doesn't mean the best team. The best team could include seven or eight players. Plus the best team should win state or at least get close; the best starting five might not have good enough subs to take them all the way.

it has to be northside of jackson. i have a feeling that the only team that will come with in 10 points of them will be bolivar.
