itzme
The defending DII State Champion Brentwood Academy Eagles start their 2004/2005 campaign this evening with a home game vs. Lausanne. They then hit the road against Knoxville Catholic, McCallie, and Martin Luther King in the next three games. BA has a very tough schedule this season, including a trip out to California to play national powerhouse Mater Dei. Considering that 6 of the top 9 players just began practicing this Saturday due to football, what is your prediction for BA's record after the first 4 games? btowntigers
i think they will probably win 3 of those games but MLK should be a tough one.
thecorner13
3-1. THey will lose to McCallie 825459508[/snapback] lose to mcallie are you kidding me its obvious you dont know what you are talking about because catholic man handled mcallie last year and plans to do it again, still catholic looks to do better against BA
timbdp
BA will be 4-
jek
No apparent rust on the football boys. BA dominates 90 to 39. Everyone looked very good. This weekend will be a good test of the progress. JV looked very good as well beating the Lausanne JV by 40.
nastysquad06
Varsity came out looking sharp tonight vs Lausanne. Brandan contributed with 25 points and John Garrett and Joshua Bone had 14 each. It is great to see Josh back to full strength and will contribute big time this season. BA will be 4-0 after these next three games.
itzme
We'll see. I think the Catholic game and the McCallie game will both be very tough tests. Good start for the Eagles tonight, however, against an undermanned Lausanne team. Wher have Gasol and Taylor gone...
CR4
The Catholic game should be decent but not as interesting as last years antics(T. Fox). I am really looking foward to the McCallie game because certain members of their team have made several references to BA on this site and in the Memphis paper after pulling away from Temple in the 4th. Sorry Mccallie but BA is a much different beast. I think the closest anyone will get will come from MLK. A great way to start the season tonight putting up 90. KelenWinslowIsOnIt
true catholic dosent have fox anymore but now with the new and improved student section " THE CCC" its a whole new ball game. Catholic just has to be ready for this one. I think this is going to be one of the best games this season.... either team victor.

CR4
what does catholic's lineup look like? Who is there go to guy this season? I think it will be a good game but catholic won't be able to hang for 4 quarters with BA's strong 9 man rotation. BA- 62 Catholic-
