Ivan "Paco" Richard for the Hardy Hawks. Took them from a 1 win season to an 8 win in 1 year and he has also led them 7 win season record so far this season. Also Took them to there first District 6A win. While doing all this still is an assistant coach for the North Jackson Chiefs. He's a loud mouth, but still motivates. Has coached at Whitwell, Grundy, Franklin County, Coffee County, North Jackson and was at Birmingham also. Not only a great basketball coach, but also has 2 football state championships.

i agree with you monkey. but he mostly coached football and softball. he is truely awesome because he doesn't care about the refs (usually yells at them) and appreicates what his players do for them. i know other coaches may be better (maybe b/c they inherited better programs), but this was a team that won one game the year before he came here. most games we lost by 50-60 pts. and everybody broke 100 on us. last year only 2-3 teams did it and we're even better this year. also, we have a very rich sopohmore class that could be awesome hopefully he'll stay for another 5-6 yrs.
