YES, Doaks DOES deserve recognition! Please....give me a break, you act like YOU and your basketball players have never done anything wrong or made a mistake. Good Grief!

If you would read the posts these Lake Co. fans have wrote, they are not all bad. I have said this and will say it again Doaks is good, but I think there is prolly somoeone else that can dunk better than him. So dont just say those Lake Co. fans if you dont know who we are. It is not our fault we have beat yall 3 times we just have a good team. Everyone has there good and bad years and teams, but this year is ours. thumb

I'm not upset that LC BOYS have beat us 3 times, cudos to LC players for that. I just cannot stand to be in the same gym with MOST of LC fans! Exclude the normal HS student body that usually go back and forth...............LC adults are just as bad. I see grown men and women mouthing at our players while they are on the court and it's absurd! Yes, I know, NOT all LC fans are that way, but a lot are!

 

It's sad that our fans, cheerleaders, sponsers, etc. cannot go to a gym and feel safe to play basketball and have a good time! District tourney should have NEVER been played at Lake County. Yes, I know teams vote, but there were some issues regarding the voting this year.

 

Point being.....just because YOU don't like Nicceaus Doaks, doesn't mean he doesn't deserve the recognition! He's a fine basketball player and he's a fine young man that deserves any and all recognition coming to him!

Okay so we get the point you don't like Lake County fans but Trenton's fans are no better. And just so you know we don't love coming to Trenton, being spit on is not one of our favorite activities.

I do think Doaks is a talented player but I also think he showed very poor judgement Thursday night that maybe started a lot of this. I think the incident that has caused all this controversy was when Doaks received 2 T's. Don't blame Lake County's fans for what happened to him in the heat of the moment.
