Yeah. They should have records on that kind of stuff. What would they do with something like that?

thats a good question. The game went into overtime, so with the point that they made that wasn't added they would of won in regulation

I dont guess the coaches noticed the scoring mistake, but the lebanon announcers sure did. Lebanon had 18 points and hit 2 free throws. when siegel got the ball after the second free throw was made, Lebanon had 19 points

I agree. This is probably one of the most bizarre cases I've ever heard. Plus, I'd like to see who Columbia will be playing next

I'm hoping its true....why would the announcers lie....if it is true and they appeal it will be intresting to see what they do about it

That's also why I'm wondering. I've never heard anything like this before. It'd be real interesting to see what they would do. I mean, they can't penalize Lebanon for the scorekeeper's mistake. Do you know if anyone is checking on it, or if it's even been brought to anyone's attention?

As much as this stinks, even if they do overturn the call (unlikely), then they would probably have them play another quarter or something of that nature. Since the championship game is tomorrow, I doub't they would do that. I'm crossing my fingers though!

I am still telling you that SHS didn't get a second foul shot....when it was the one and one and  all the announcers had it on their stats. The Boro announcers carried on and on about that too......If what you are saying is right....can't imagine that Keil wouldn't challenge it during the game.I mean you have assts. that that is their job to watch out for that kind of thing. I mean how do you prove it after the fact?

It seems like there would be a hard copy of the stats somewhere. I mean, don't they have scorekeepers for this sort of thing?

Each team has an their own scorer, so its possible that the scorer put the score on there and the scoreboard operator didnt, i'm not sure how this will turn out but its probably Lebanon will get screwed like they have all the game's they played Siegel
