I watched some of the Soddy/McCallie game last night. Wow, Soddy has this pitcher who throws underhand. I guess it's sidearm, but it really looks like it's coming out of the dirt!! It's crazy to hit from the right side off of him! I don't know a name or anything, but it was amazing!

Simpson, Greene, and Stout will do well for Baylor. These three can pitch against anyone and give their team a chance to win.

Yeah, maybe Gertz...aren't there several of them over the years? 'Cause if "gertz" is who I'm thinking of, this guy last night looked like a Gertz.

 

And is Mac-Daddy number 2? If that's him, he's ok. I saw him throw one inning. Was probably throwing 77-80 mph. His mechanics looked good though.

well that is a good start for the mac-attack... mechanics are the foundation of a pitcher... so maybe his speed will pick up as the temp. picks up...

 

as far as gertz, his brother graduated a few years ago, and they both look alike.
