You are correct! Plus when they do compete for a region championship or to qualify for the playoffs, they will be playing D2 A or AA. Those teams have been playing football for a long time and those teams are very competitive. It takes a very long time to establish a playoff or championship winning team. Look how long it has taken for Lakeway Christian to become somewhat competitive. They have a nice looking school and athletic facilities. Many Concord Christian is in for a big surprise when they play a real schedule in D2. Maybe most of the transfers just want a different educational and social experience. The football experience will be eye opening.
