  1. As a parent of two former players at Ravenwood, one on the State Championship team in 05 and his younger brother with a less than stellar experience in more recent years... Until an administrative change is made at the very top, and someone with half a brain comes in and supports athletics, it will be a hard row to hoe. Parents, facilities and players are top notch. I refuse to believe that there is some mystical athletic gene pool that exists only on the West side of I65 in Brentwood. Good coaching and an administrative change can get it turned around.
  2. Spoken more as a Brian Rector fan, but I won't shy away from being a Ravenwood supporter either. BA should consider him.
  3. I would take a hard long look at Brian Rector. State Champion at 5A at Ravenwood, only Williamson County team to beat BA, college experience, turned Centennial around in first year. He is creative and hard nosed and as energetic as the come.
  4. Brentwood leads this district series alltime 6 - 4 and has won the last two meetings. The district overall, to be politically correct, has reached equilibrium with one or two exceptions.
  5. I know less about Cane Ridge than any team in the area. Any experts out there?
  6. Forty-six seniors...good leadership. Wont know how good they are until they play in jamboree in Lebanon.
  7. Add Ravenwood High School www.ravenwoodfootball.com
  8. For comparison, Ravenwood numbers as of this week are right at 150.
  9. My guess would be that they made the playoffs and ran the table to the final game just like RHS did in 2006.
  10. That would be Brian Rector, former HC of Ravenwood and current assistant at Western KY. Don't hold your breath on that rumor....
  11. I am thinking the pink box represents the "Brentwood Bubble" and the mime escapes at the end and runs away...my guess is to Knoxville.
  12. I watched the University of Ensworth scrimmage Ravenwood last night. My god that team has the best talent HCA money can buy. If you get a chance to see them this year, do it.
  13. Wow...give me two of whatever you are drinkin!! I thought most of the Bwood defense graduated with exception of one solid linebacker.
  14. There is a search committee in place that is managing the interview process. It includes RHS administration, county AD, and 3 members of QB booster club to gain parent input. The best man for the job will be selected based on many criteria and input from the entire committee.
  15. Raptors last drive ends with interception....that should do it. Congratulations to Centennial, they have come a long way in one year.
