  6. Columbia Post 19 is still needing teams for this tournament. Teams currently entered. - Columbia Post 19 Jrs - Middle Tennessee Outlaws - Shoetiques
  7. SH - 12 Coffee County - 0 WP - Prewett SH - 3 Sparkman - 1 WP - Petty SH - 0 DC Riverside - 11 LP - Usher WP - Gant Nice weekend for the Raiders.
  8. Riverdale Classic SH - 2 Smyrna - 1 WP - Stewart
  9. Hands are not part of the bat. Has anyone ever purchased a bat with hands on it? A lot times when situations like this come up in a game the umpires make the call both ways depending on the crew.
  10. Saturday March 24 SH 3 HC 1 WP - Petty Monday March 26 SH 12 HC 2 WP - Usher Any other scores from around the district?
  11. Everyone take your life vest off and stop jumping off the ship. The season is early and GC will get it all worked out. Come tournament time they will be a contender.
  12. SH 8 LC 1 Petty complete game. 13 K's Any other results?
  13. Several teams had to pitch JV pitchers at the Loretto tournament. The real test for LC will be this week against SH. Although LC is catching SH at a good time I guess you could say. Barksdale is out for a couple of weeks. I'm still going with SH. Monday/Tuesday Predictions: SH/LC - SH sweeps GC/MC - split HC/EH HC sweeps Page/Summit - Page sweeps Fairview - off Any thoughts?
  14. When it comes down to it GC will be a tough team. Year and year out GC is tough to beat. They may not be the best team on the field but they make you think they are. The feed off a lot of emotion. Fun too watch!
  15. Nice!!! I hate that B-Ray can't pitch his Sr season. I really feel that he would be mentioned in this thread along with the pitchers already listed.
  16. I will see you this week in Loretto. Hope all is well! Congrats on a good win yesterday for WC.
  17. SH 6-0 winner over Eagleville tonight. Barksdale looked great on the mound for SH.
  18. Adams did pitch. Gave up only 2 hits. Had several K's but I can't remember the exact #.
  19. SH drop a 5-2 decision to Eagleville. SH made several errors that hurt. Plus Smith pitched for Eagleville and he is pretty good! Going off the scoreboard... HC 4 Waverly Central 2 Blackman 6 MC 1 Page 5 Community 4 GC 1 Lincoln County 0 Centennial 15 Summit 2
  20. That's him. Good player! What is the status on his future with college ball. I spoke to him some while coaching against Franklin County in the summer. I thought he had told me that he was leaning toward MTSU.
  21. Willie

    Best arms in AA?

Spring Hill has some pretty good arms. Petty LH Barksdale LH Usher RH
  22. I wouldn't put Shelbyville at the bottom. They are well coached and they made a lot of improvements over the summer coming on strong at the end. Tough district when you have to face Slatton, Stone, and the Sheffield's in a 2 game series. What is the name of the kid from Franklin County that is getting interest from MTSU? I seen him play back in the summer. He plyaed 3B and pitched I believe. Very good player!

  24. I still see LC struggling with SH, MC, and GC espcially now that Ammons has graduated. IDK they may surprise me and others.
