Jackson Co was 7-19 on free throws and missed the front end of o bunch of 1+1's RBS played great JC played not great but it was a very good game and I thought RBS would win when it went to OT.

This seems like a good time to say a couple of things that I hate to see happen, first I hate hand checks that have no effect on a play. I mean a kid touches a player to maintain contact but doesn't effect anything they are doing or trying to do and draws a cheap foul. The second thing I hate to see is a ref who is not as strong as some who is very quick to call a T. Some of the worst ref's are the ones who call the most T's.

I don't think either of these coaches will show much other that straight up play until you get a game that really means something.

I was at the game. It was a great game Jackson Co got up early and made Smith County chase them, and boy did they ever. Hembree made a couple of plays in the paint that were awesome but for the most part she was held in as much as you can hold a great player in. The foul on Ross late was hard a push not malicous just hard. Again it was a great game I look forward to the re-match.

I wonder if 7AAWatcher will change his name?

Congratulations McMinn great win. If Jackson Co could not get there I hope y'all and LA get to the finals. As a loyal 7-AA fan I will have to pull for LA.

I just wanted to add a word about the refs I thought they were the best I have seen all year they let the kid play and it was more like a post season game. JC shot awful but Cannon County may have had something to do with that I thought they played a very good game.

I heard Hay Burner was giving LA +2. If that is right I'll say Jackson Co by 2 in a close one.

I saw the first game between these teams and it was a good one. I think that which ever team can get some consistant offense will win Lady blue devils by 4.

I thought that those girls all played last year as 8th graders? If that is so then they are almost red-shirt freshmen.

Congratulations to both teams as a fan from Jackson County, I hope some day soon these two teams can repeat this performance again in the finals. Good luck to both programs.

I want to congradulate AE on a super effort they outplayed JC and as and earlier post said had the game won until the late foul. Your kids never let Jackson County put the game away they kept comming back and almost pulled it off so good luck next year and I hope we do this again soon.
