He has definitely been one of the most consistent announcers in the area. I always thought he did a great job. My thoughts go out to his family and those in the Gibson Co. program.

I would have to agree that Westview and Germantown are by far the best squads in Tennessee. You must give credit to Houston, also. Jackson Christian School claimed third in the Co-ed last year. They should again make a standing at Orlando. Tennessee is by far the best state when it comes to the All Star Championships. Come to think of it, we are a month away from Orlando.

I don't know about much over in your area , but in my area, Westview's cheerleaders are pretty dominating.

Westview is on a HOT streak right now. I don't know of many teams that could stop them. Milan is also a strong team, so who knows. I'm picking Westview by 13.

The Westview Chargers are coming off a huge victory from Huntingdon. I just hope this win last week hasn't added any type of arrogance to the team (maybe confidence, but not arrogance). I believe Westview will win 35-13. GO CHARGERS !!!

This brings up a question. What competition does everyone actually consider a "National" competition. I know there are several, but which one is the "major" one? Personally, I think the UCA is the biggest and means the most.
