the transfer kids name is justin coleman. starting qb for dresden frehman and sophomore years. will be a junior, also everyone calls him junior. 6' 3", 215 lbs. with a rocket for an arm. very accurate, just needed some protection. i know him personally. told me he didn't have to play qb but would compete for it if given the chance. would like to play defense preferably lb so he could hit somebody instead of getting hit. also a good basketball player and baseball player as well. dad lives and works in milan. mom works in milan but has no plans on moving to milan. in my opionion this kid will definitely give postoak a run for his money if given the opportunity.

look here, the game is over. GP needs to start thinking about alcoa and milan needs to start thinking about next season. oh yeah and there are alot more important things goin on like a war in iraq and afganastan. let's quit this nonsense and start thinking about whose giving us the liberty to live free and PLAY FOOTBALL. why would i worry about 1st,2nd or 3rd when i'm not worried about 4th down. there won't be any 45 yd field goals attempted by GP. GP COACHES ALREADY KNOW HOW GOOD MILAN IS AT BLOCKING KICKS.it's funny how milan fans keep sayin it's gonna be close because these are 2 great teams playing tonite, but you GP fans say it's gonna be a blowout. come on think. you're playing the most experienced coaching staff in west tn., a program that has been in the post season the last 26 years(with 2 wins against GP) and with 4 gold balls to it's credit. we ain't no slouches in our little ole town. we know how to play football in west tn too. wake up guy's, this is gonna be a hard fought game for 4 quarters. we in west tn know GP is a great team because they're in the semis, there fore they're due the credit they deserve. i just don't see GP coming into our house with our atmosohere and our tradition of WINNING(especially when we're the underdogs and especially when we play middle tn teams ala brentwood, david lipscomb, portland and yes even you goodpasture) and beating us, much less beating us by double digits. get off you're high horse guy's. you play great football but we're a great football team. having the leg and being accurate is 2 different things. milan has an accurate kicker with a strong leg. better advise GP they better be kiching on 4th down. milan is best at stopping opponents when they try going for it on 4th down. MILAN BY 6. come see us at the boro!

you are right about one thing. you don't know much about milan. they have a very talented backfield all of which are capable of breaking away for the long one at any time or grinding it down you're throat 5 and 6 yds. at a time. the qb is awesome capable of running, throwing on the run or staying in the pocket throwing the ball. great offensive line especially in the middle. speedy recievers and slotman with great hands and breakaway speed. defense speaks for itself. big runstoppers upfront with talented speedy linebackers behind them. don't even get me talking about the db's(best in the state). as far as experience, i'd say 26 straight yeras in the postseason and 4 gold balls in 2 different classes carry's a pretty big stick. don,t get me wrong , gp is a great team also . they didn't get here by luck. this game on paper is pretty evenly matched. i say the kicking game decides it with the edge going to milan. my apologies. i forgot to put that last (BACK) in there. i don't like close games either unless it's someone else's game. as far as BTwashington goes they were an overrated cupcake. i guess you noticed that when they went out in the 1st round against peabody. the pollsters have to represent some memphis team in the polls and BTW was it. the only good teams to ever come out of memphis is melrose. the rest are private schools. anyway i predict SC in a close one. with milan beating GP in a close one. milan by 13 over SC at the boro. don't ever count the milan bulldogs out. 4 gold balls carries a big stick when it comes to playoffs in tennesse. all i can say is goodpasture need not come to milan friday thinking this is gonna be a cake walk, as some of their posts on other threads seem to presume. this is gonna be a game decided on who makes the fewest mistakes. turnovers will play a big factor in this game. it can go either way and it will be close. both teams will need to put points on the board at every oppurtunity so the kicking game will also play a big factor.
