I think Stix and Geoff Mallory should tag team the job......Knoxville College needs a feeder program. Seriously though, just go with Coach Darden.

There is not one person from Grace defending him or even saying what they think about the situation. Seems to me that Coach Lamb is being blamed for getting blown out in the State Tournament the past 2 years. Just my opinion though.

They are letting the parents have way too much say in what goes on. The CAK girls coach is a great coach and I thought he got alot out of what he had.

irishbball, Yea seems like everyone knows about my truck they gave me and yes I still do have some of the scholarship money. I use that money to help the economy out by heading down to the mouses' ear every other weekend... I got a little bored in my last couple minutes of work and went back and looked at some scores. Coacht goes back to the 04-05 season. Since then KC has won 10 straight and the average margin of victory is 14.3 points per game.

bergil24, If its not 20 games, then it is 19 in a row against the warriors. And please go into detail on the recruited players... Feel free to call the recruited players out... Brett Connor, Tremane Brown, Matt Parton, Tony Fox, Daniel Sheridan- all grew up going to Catholic feeder schools. Ryan Waldens' mom is a teacher at KC. Cak has not won in 10 years, playing each other twice a year...... We are not counting JV, sorry.

Nice moral victory. CAK is a better team at home and plays Catholic tough at home almost every year.

CAK last beat KC back in 99' at the old school on Magnolia before we moved to the new school after Christmas. CAK won 64-63, Catholic guard John Rowland missed an uncontested lay up with 2 seconds remaining but a win is a win. Now if we want to talk about making people look like garbage on the the court, we can talk about CAK all day long but let's try to keep this to Coach Darden out at CAK because Catholic hasn't lost to CAK in 10 years while playing them twice a year and it could get ugly.

powellpanther4life, You do not have to be a teacher to be the head coach for freshmen or JV. As long as you take the required classes by the TSSAA. It is very hard to find teachers that are quality coaches.

ruse? I think the administration wants to go with Lane Corrum. He was the linebacker coach at Catholic this year. But I dont think his resume is Catholic head coach material at this time (HC at heritage and DC at S-D). He has become very good friends with the AD and Principle. He is a great guy and a good coach but not proven as a winner when having a head coach or coordinator position. To be honest, I really have no idea what there thoughts are at this time. I think they should just give it a couple weeks to see who applies for the Head job and then go from there... It will not be Julian from Halls, I will bet on that. Ruse?, what do you think about the defensive coordinator from Alcoa?

The D coordinator at KC was not getting $75K...... Julian may have been getting a slight increase but not what you guys are saying.

ruse?, Yea you nailed that one! You have a good source. And from what I am hearing, it is getting pretty ugly between Coach and administration. I guess what I was trying to say earlier is that the boosters are out of control... and it will lead to more problems as you know.
