  1. South Pitt will dominate Whitwell. Look for Robert Robinson to have 150yd, 2 TD game. SP by four TDs
  2. This is a huge game. i will definetly be there to see this one. I predict SP by 7. I believe we will have a shoot out in this one. But you never know SP could dominate.
  3. We all know that there is a lot of talented RB's in the state. My top three in order would be. Robert Robinson (SP), Marco(Mt.P), ANd Chase Scruggs from(LV) Who is your pick?
  4. South pittsburg has a fella from Germany, he plays soccer. He can definetly kick a soccer ball. He scored 4 times in his first "futball" game a couple days ago. I was wandering if the coachs had any interest in ole Lavron
  5. I must correct you here..... The pirates are that good and they were last year. The thing is you can't think that the other team is sorry.. Besides isn't temple getting into some trouble over ineligble players. Sp By 21. Lv has a lot of talent but sp has talent," leadership", humility, and a heck of a lot of speed.
  6. Robert Robinson is deffinetly not the fastest kid in the state but after you are laying on the ground after he runs you over and scores; I don't guess it really matters if your faster than him. He is a really great athlete and a even better competitor. He hails from the great South Pittsburg.
  7. This is one heated rivalry. After getting blown out the water last year (48-0) Marion county has a lot to prove. I just don't see them getting it done against SP
  8. Good luck is what M.C. needs... THey are a 7 win team at best. But who knows how the ball will bounce?
  9. South Pitt has been recruiting!! coachs that is. I hear from good sources that the coaching additions are tough and they expect the very best out the players every play. I believe they might have inspired the missing element in last year's team.......... MATURITY
  10. LOL Your friend has good jokes. SP striped Silverdale last year.
  11. Cartrez bibs, Definitly not the fastest guy in the state but he's quick to break ankles.
  12. Tyner is going to be surprised by the strenght in SP's "small" linemen.
  13. It looks like South Pitt has more talent in the backfield than it ever has,but is there leader in that mix willing to take on the burdon/honor of leading this very talented team into the playoffs.
  14. South Pittsburg is improving. They are showing signs of leadership on and off the field. Looks like it will be another great year. I'm sure all the other perrienial contenders will be improving as well... its all about who plays the best game, with the fewest mistakes.
  15. South Pittsburg High school..... /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> Hardly a private school.
  16. Sounds like he is doing well.... I'm looking forward to seeing the SP Vs LV game, it should be a good one.
  17. Well if this was my English essay it would have been spelled correctly, but its not.. What i meant was if a player came to the game Under the inffluence of any drug then they should not be perticipate.
  18. I see your post.. I haven't seen any "Hatin" you should know.. That most players really do post.. South Pittsburg is probably the most football orienited town I've ever lived in. And I've lived in a lot. Not only is it a football oreinted town its a football oriented county. The whole place lives, breathes, and plays FOOTBALL. I love it. I can't wait to see the Tyner game. The Boyd game is always a great game because of the intense rivalry.
  19. As long as they don't bring it to the football field.. I don't think they should be aloud to preticipate. Your right on the fact that a lot of young men have made bad decisions in their life, I can think of maybe Ten people on my schools 60 man roster that haven't drank or smoked pot... you can't stop it.... So what can you really do...
  20. your correct... You got me on the whole sin thing... I just think that steriods are much more dangerous than pot.... Some people don't know anything but drugs, thats where the coaches need to step in and be a role model. Kicking them off the team does nothing but insure that they will be druggies.
  21. Your right, On the part of hurting your self along with your team. The fact is there are many people who take part in smoking and drinking and you can't stop it. You can keep them from playing on any team... I see no use in wasting years of your life by useing steriods. those who use prollably will not succeed at the next level because they don't have the heart and determination it takes to truely succeed in football or any other sport.
  22. Everyone is intitled to their opionion. I'm not a coach. I'm a student. I firmly believe that smoking pot is not a sin. If a student wants to take part in actions such as these it is their decision. A parent can't make mistakes for thier children and they can't be there all the time. Whats wrong with smoking pot
  23. Well I think that all players should be drug tested, In order to compete but the only thing is. Schools with great traditions would be suprised to find out who does drugs and who doesn't. Not just Anabolics. And lets get realistic if the teams best running back tested positive for Pot...... And his family had a little money there would be a lawsuit quicker than i can snapp my fingers. Where do you draw the line between having a little fun in high school and really damaging your chances to ever succeed in sports "the right way" I personally don't think there is anything wrong with a athlete that wants to smoke pot during high school. But when their starting spot comes under attack by a 300 lb freshman and thier bench suddenly sky rockets. THats when the coach needs to step in and say. "EARN IT"
  24. I'm confident that someone will step up and take the riens. I've also heard that SP got a new RB tranfer, Like they really needed another guy in that position... Who knows maybe he will make the others step up thier game this off season. How did the 40 times for everyone look. I heard the quickest was 5.0 ran by Cartrez Bibs. Is this true. Who was the second fastest. And the fastest lineman running a 5.7? Dominic Garret. Please clarify which are rummors and which are true
  25. I just wandered if it was possible for someone's max bench press to jump up 125 lbs in a month. We all know that some players take part in their share of illegal activities. Should thier be manditory drug test in high school ball?
