  1. I second.... call me....well facebook me
  2. yes I had a feeling Snyder would be top five at least. I knew he'd be out for blood after missing out on state in track by less than half a second. Congrats to him couldn't of happened to a nicer guy. Newsom really did impress me. He ran some decent races at the start of the season but nothing that really made me think he'd break into the top five. But he worked hard and everything turned out really well for him. As long as he keeps working hard theres no reason he doesn't have as much chance as anybody else to win state next year As for the whole "Coniglio Conflict" thats the point of the boards to talk "smack" and make predictions. You made him eat his words and also brought some respect to West Tennessee while doing so. You proved to everyone you're legit and suprised quite a few people peace everyone.....
  3. yeah hes not mentioning somebody else 7 Coniglio, Matt 12 Chattanooga Chri 16:04.04 haha good run man
  4. Looks like AF Bridges is going to have a pretty good field this year with schools like Houston, Baylor, and McCallie racing. http://alltraxtiming.homestead.com/AFBridgesXC08_fees.htm those are the teams signed up at the moment and there will probably be some more entries coming
  5. Ahh good point by the McCallie invitational I meant the Chattanooga Cross Country festival of course
  6. CCS=MIA means they won't be running the Tennessee Classic period. I am assuming they are doing the Mccalie invitational which seems to be the choice of alot of the East Tn teams
  7. I've been meaning to get it since that seems to be what all the cool kids have these days. I'm still old school with myspace...I asked my coach today about the race and theres a good chance I'll be there far from 100% sure though
  8. 1)As seen above 2)The course is fast...but a tad on the confusing side if you haven't ran it before its pretty much a double loop so after the first lap you won't have any trouble 3) It really depends on what my coach wants me to do. I was supposed to do twilight but the guy who handles registration didn't realize how huge of a meet it was and waited too late. Originally it wasn't on the schedule but now there may be room for it so we'll see. If you are going bro I'll try to make it a point to be there so we can race, chill, pick up chicks ...the usual meet thing
  9. sad thing is we joke about this but kroeger has those credentials and can beat half the board and was pretty much a minute faster than me sophomore year
  10. He said one of the top 5 returners...
  11. Ah Man you caught me... what can I say I like to party! Ok just kidding but by process of elimination it wasn't Mahaney or Coniglio for sure. I doubt it was Musick since hes been pretty determined about his come back. So that leaves one person unless you were misinformed or my reasoning was wrong
  12. Coniglio you should know that St. Jude in Memphis is where its at. You have four weeks after cross country so you have time to recover a little from the season and its a pretty great course I've ran it two years straight you should try to make it over here in the flat lands and run it next year
  13. And what was the time for this half marathon? EDIT:nevermind google is amazing 3 Matt Coniglio 17 19 17 1:20:25 6:09 HIXSON TN
  14. So i never heard...what exactly caused the collapse?
  15. Yeah good race too you also man, we both have an idea now of what to expect next year...see you at percy warner if not sooner
  16. haha" but is ok they was ranked 2 all year long in a/aa and is not losing one person " does Elizabethton exclude grammar from its lesson plans? or is it JUST sportsmanship
  17. haha i appreciate the consideration but Mahaney should definitely be considered the best A/AA runner in 10th grade. The guy won state in the 3200 as a sophomore, He was runner-up in the 1600 and he was also runner up in the cross country state meet...I doubt any other soph comes close to rivaling that O and come on Coniglio he only blistered me by 29.08 /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  18. lol easy solution to that man don't let it
  19. i'm liking Mckinnley probably just because hes west tennessee but won't he be at a bit of a disadvantage from not racing that much this season laying low and not having run on this course with the new .1 mile addition
  20. The only real pressure i get, being from a school who could care less about runnind and whos 2nd place finisher is ususally in 72nd place, is from my family i mean they don't directly put it on me but i feel its an obligation that since they drive ususally an hour or more just to see me run to do well for them and to prove myself and earn respect from other runners its rough sometimes the only regret i have going into state is maybe not training as hard as i should have once season started meaning i didn't do enough two a days. but other than that at state i mean i'm just going to go all out, leave it all out there and do my best and if its not good enough well i'll just train that much harder next year
  21. No point in sweating it all week i mean what else can you do besides your best
  22. I 2nd that on Rodney hes got it in him to make a top 5 finish its just a matter of him letting it out
