  1. My prediction fell apart like a cheap prom dress. Congrats to OR on a great win
  2. Are you saying that OR will win? Because stating that "..one of the best teams in state will lose tonight." is wrong- Oak Ridge is not even in the discussion of best teams in Tenn. There is the answer to your question- (why no one is interested in this game?) I It will be Bearden and by a lot. By three at half and by 5 or 6 at games end.
  3. 1. Bearden 2. Collierville 3 .Brentwood 4. Franklin 5. Houston 6. ORHS 7. UT- Chattanooga 8. Austin Peay Sorry, #7 and #8 couldn't qualify even for the high school tournament. Let's go with Soddy Daisy and Independence at 7 and 8.
  4. Good view of the rankings, but as always, rankings don't matter- you have to play your way thru. It is not where you start, but where you finish. Happy bounces to all!!
  5. So that is where Saint BenIdont want to play you (per the schedule) was last night. We were expecting them in Collierville last night.
  6. Anyone care to offer up predictions???
  7. Very good game to watch. Both team swith opportunities to win. Many thanks to the great hosts at CAK! This is what competition is about- good competition, great athletes, great hosts! Many thanks - it was great to meet THE BIG G! I think I got Canes and myself some "excused comments passes" from BIG G! Canes why don't you be the first to try it out!
  8. You will definitely need a VERY BIG pan to finish up the water dog!!!!
  9. Collierville has played Bearden in the regular season going on three years and it has always been at C'ville. So I assume it is a friendly pay back and thank you for Bearden making all those trips west. All Three teams will have a better sense of where they are heading on the the back side of the season and into the playoffs.

  11. Premier is what it states- Premier. You are playing teams from thru out the SE- state champs, and previous PL winners- big diference in PL versus State league in terms of competition. Hence PL participation weighs more than State. FYI- Stones River never won PL. They were part of the tie two years ago with Express and lost out based on GA. Enjoying my half cup as I write
  12. Really not confusing, the goal is to compete for a national title- one way to get there is to win your state tournament or win premier league or get the wild card invite when the premier league teams in front of you win their state title. ERSA tied for first in the premier league in 2008. Thus earned a trip to regionals. This year they finished third and earned the spot to regionals when the two teams in front of them won their state title- that wild card rule has always been in place. ERSA's goal was qualify for regionals- the state title was not their objective. The 92 Lobos certainly benefited by this rule this year- 5th in state and gets its first invite to the regionals.
  13. Are you going to put together your top girls players list for the fall?
  14. From u-14 up to u-18 who are the favorites to win it this year
