  1. it is never to late. If she makes the grades for the hope scholar ship then I would certainly move her after basketball. How old is she? And the morgan kid will do fine if the coach gives her a shot. [Edited by justhipe on 12-11-02 7:37A]
  2. I would not want to teach my child to stick it out in a situation where they are unhappy with no hope of success for themselves. Get into something you get a fair return for your effort. Speaking of fair return - I tired of paying taxes so your kid can lord it over everyone else - You need to pay for the ball team experience out of your pocket and not out of the tax payers pocket. School should be for all children - not just teachers kids & coaches.
  3. The question could be ask why do you attack children. And defend the coaches - It could be a big case of kiss up for your kid. Children are allowed not to playball without answering to a bounch of stage mothers who have no concern for anyone but their child
  4. Friends, It's time you parents get a life and quit advertizing your children
  5. A good coach is someone who treats all player's equal. Player's realize they have to work hard for spots on a team. But, when you have worked your hardest and a coach allows one certain player to make mistake after mistake and will not sit him or her on the bench because they may cause the supper star to quite. Or even better you need the brownie points with their parent. It is really the pits. Several people have talked bad about the Bradley girls coach on coach t. I would like to strongly disagree with them in this post. He makes all his player's work hard. He treats all his players the same. A child knows I may not be the best but, someone will mess up and he will sit his supper- star on the bench ... and at least they will have a shot to show the coach what they are made of. This is very important to children and this dose teach morals... and it dose teach hard work will pay off.. And it dose show the player's what team work is all about... Treating Everyone equal is what makes a good coach... If you try to find one child a scholarship.. Then try to help even the worst player on the team. You may not be able to find them a scholarship... But don't abuse one child so you can help your special friends child or the supper star players get the only scholarship you can come up with....
