A good coach is someone who treats all player's
equal. Player's realize they have to work hard
for spots on a team. But, when you have worked your
hardest and a coach allows one certain player
to make mistake after mistake and will not sit him
or her on the bench because they may cause the supper
star to quite. Or even better you need the brownie
points with their parent. It is really the pits. Several
people have talked bad about the Bradley girls coach on
coach t. I would like to strongly disagree with them in
this post. He makes all his player's work hard. He treats
all his players the same. A child knows I may not be the
best but, someone will mess up and he will sit his supper-
star on the bench ... and at least they will have a shot to
show the coach what they are made of. This is very important to children and this dose teach morals... and it
dose teach hard work will pay off.. And it dose show the
player's what team work is all about... Treating Everyone
equal is what makes a good coach... If you try to find
one child a scholarship.. Then try to help even the worst
player on the team. You may not be able to find them a
scholarship... But don't abuse one child so you can help
your special friends child or the supper star players get
the only scholarship you can come up with....
