Last year after McNairy and Liberty lost in the sectionals shpshter93 had some ugly comments about these two teams having an extended spring break.

Where did On The Ball magazine get this information? Liberty has more experience coming back than a whole lot of teams have. Liberty has experience coming back with Comer, Coughlin, Sanders and Miller all having started in some games last year. Comer started almost the whole season. Also Comer outscored and outplayed Sycamore's 6'3 center in the region tournament last year. Coughlin started in some district and non-district games last season. Rumor has it that DL Love who was a starting guard last year will be back. The only question coming from a South Side fan is will we have to face Ebony Prather? When South Side played Liberty last year Prather was a force.

What's real is the football team for this year was formed and practice started before anybody transferred away from JCM. What's real is that JCM started school with more than 680 students and before anybody transferred away. What's real is then the transfers came, but football players did not transfer out of JCM due to fear of ineligibility. What's real is JCM is 1-3 and this win came from beating a bad Liberty football team. What's real is VolunteerGeneral's one sided view of everything.

This was a bad game played by two bad poorly coached football teams (JCM 1-3) ( Liberty 0-5). Both of these teams have especially poor offenses with the Hookfin influence. VolunteerGeneral get real with the 680 students comment, the football players were there when the school was bigger and they did not transfer out of JCM as there was a chance that they would have lost their elgibility.

To both posters; Neither District will sweep.Some of your picks are skewed by either district loyalty or lack of knowledge of the teams involved.Not all factors that will effect the outcome of games are known .Some things are known.Weary legs,over scheduling,injuries,bad matchups and many other factors go into who wins.Looks like most good factors are in 11 AA's corner.District 12 AA has had its share of ups and downs,injuries and many other things this year.District 12 AA could be called the Murphy's Law league. District 11 AA is the favorite,but 12 AA will showup despite the unusual year... A Bobcats bite and play can be fatal,South Side is athletic,Liberty has some replacement parts getting better and Lexington is quick and may get quicker. Don't take my word for it ask papatiger,after reading his posts I'm not going to any of the games and with the sweep coming,why listen to the radio?

If the Region 6 AA tournament is not an all District 11 final,everyone in that area should be ashamed .This is the weakest you will ever catch District 12.Only McNairy has a real chance.South Side is young and will be a team to watch next year,Liberty is missing some vital parts to their game but might have one more great game left in them and Lexington is getting better,but has too many young people to be a serious threat (could they have the eye of the Tiger )...Sycamore and Harpeth are loaded with experienced players and Cheatham Co. is a power of the future with a great young team.Creekwood has experience and a Lambuth signee. 11 AA will take three games for sure,but beware of the Lady Bobcats,they are better than you think.Watch out for the Blue Nation,the team and Coach Lott.They know how to win.

Don't worry about Liberty,South Side,McNairy and Lexington have too much talent and athleticism for District 11 AA. South Side,McNairy and Lexington are very quick and very deep.South Side and McNairy will kill you on the boards.You should watch more teams. Anyone can beat anyone on any given night.All kinds of factors go into winnining a game.Go District 12 AA

Macnarry Fan, I should have replied when you wrote the same things that South Side was the favorite in their game with McNairy...South Side was never the favorite.McNairy Central has home court advantage, has Boehler back in the post,finished tied for first,had beaten South Side the second time they played and has more experienced players than South Side or Liberty has...Also the newspaper and the coaches preseason poll picked McNairy Central to finish first. If an athletic team like South Side can't beat McNairy then Liberty doesn't have a chance.Liberty was just lucky to have beaten South Side in the regular season. McNairy has more firepower,better size and are 10 times more agressive than Liberty...Plus playing at home,McNairy can't lose. Your post is just a trick to fire up McNairy,like you tried to do to our Lady Hawks.Liberty has very little chance in this game,especially since South Side couldn't do it and McNairy is the hottest team in the district the last few weeks. McNairy will be the favorite at home.
