  1. The opponent's defense sometimes dictates what is available on offense. To be effective on offense a team must have the ability to score in many ways. (shooting 3's, post-up, off the dribble...) When the V. B. ladies are at their best is when everyone is involved. Smart ball players understand to attack a defense where it is soft. Players don't win games, teams do.
  2. That leaves the 2nd question unaswered. Since you questioned that other MVP candidates college offers while they are still juniors, Did Corey Shankle have offers as a junior?
  3. I guess some questions are just too hard to answer!
  4. What colleges have made offers? Did Corey Shankle get college offers when he was a Junior?
  5. Looking for information on final standings and 1st round matchups.
  6. Great post. It is good to hear positive comments instead of trash talk. I am looking forward to all the games during the district tournament. It should be very interesting and competitive. Come on up to the mountain and I am sure we can find you a job and plenty to do to keep you from getting bored.
  7. Penalties will not be that harsh from the talk at last night's game.
  8. Both teams have been handed down their punishment?
  9. I guess we should apoligize for having too many fans at the game, for allowing Van Buren Cheerleaders to cheer to all Van Buren fans, and drowning out the Forrest cheerleaders with 3 Van Buren cheerleaders.
  10. It must be a longer drive from Forrest to Van Buren that it is from Van Buren to Forrest.
  11. Refs do have a high degree of responsiblity in controlling basketball games but players must be taught by coaches and parents to control themselves. Refs have been terrible all year in every game? Sad statement.
  12. Forrest gets a big win tonight and takes a strong hold on first in the district.
