Its amazing how many CR fans are on these boards running their mouths about JC now after having barely beaten them ONE TIME at home. You couldn't find a CR fan on here after last years STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME! Your problem is you used to be able to run the table in 7A and now you can't. YOU were on here last year Options saying how bad JC was for Leonard moving there and how we recruited etc. etc... but you don't say one word when Heady comes to CR. I say until you beat us on the floor and end our season i would shut your mouth if i was you. WE ENDED YOUR SEASON AND WILL DO IT AGAIN! and when we do you'll do exactly what you did last year, stay offline until the next year, but next year we'll be even tougher and you lose 5 off of this roster so i don't like your chances in the future either. So keep on crowing about your home court victory because i predict you'll be eating some crow at the end of the year!" You know, it does not matter what we think about the CR/JC outcome. The girls and coaching staff will determine that on the floor. Both team are very good and the girls all seem to have great attitudes and I'm sure they all have the desire to be state champions. Let's let them show us what they can do and we will cheer them on in a respectful and sportsman like manner.

Great game at Clarkrange. Congratulations Lady Buffaloes. CR will have to pick up their game to win at JC. Clarkrange played 8 players with Snow, Doss and Cooper seeing action from the bench. Heady had 11 of 15 from charity stripe with 2 of 3 in the first half and 9 of 12 in the 2nd half. JC had 3 3's and CR had 2. Great defensive game.

Agree. Think the 2nd 5 could win a lot of games themselves and give anyone a run for their money. They are playing very well also.

Only other Wartburg game I see is a girls game with Grace Baptist at 2:00 @ S. Fentress Elementary Clarkrange boys play Macon Co at 12:30 and Smith Co at 8:00 PM @ Clarkrange High School

I thinks so. They have a lot of depth. 1st game the 2nd 5 went in early in the 1st qtr. They did very well. Fr. Susanna Cooper and So. Tara Donhauser played well. Everyone played in the 1st game (15). Lots of rotation in the 2nd game as well. With Serena Snow's ability the first 6 can keep some pretty fresh legs. At least 9 players made it in in the 1st qtr. Think at least 11 played in the 2nd game. Starting 5 all played well. Forrest is a good team. Beth Hawn (8 pts.) and Megan Porter (10 pts.) will do well for Forrest. They will win quite a few games.

Clakrange also has talented Srs. Hanna Greene and Tori Lowe returning. They were starters last year. They have 6 very strong players to rotate.

They are both very good, but think Clarkrange got the best. Monterey has some hard working players. They may surprise some folks.
