Snowflake- I am from Tullahoma and have been close to the wrestling program for a long time. We have worked hard to get this program to where it is today. This staff has the full support of the school administration, as well as the town of Tullahoma. We have three coaches who have all served as head coaches with each having their own style of coaching. Coach Bray knows how to coach each one of his wrestlers, to motivate them to be their best. Wrestling is not for the weak at heart. It is a very intense sport. Region 7 runner-up will wrestle Tullahoma. Blackman is the Region 5 champion.

Tullahoma beat Coffee County and Riverdale last night. Does anyone know if we will wrestle the region duals, with rutherford county schools closed today? I understand Blackman has a conflict for Thursday night. Friday night could be tough for the team who finishes 2nd to wrestle on saturday against region 7 runnerup. The weather does not look good.

We have it on our schedule for Thursday.

I have not heard a whole lot about Siegel, do they have any top seeds for region 5? I think their 171 is a good wrestler. What about Spaman? Anybody seen him wrestle lately? Is he injured?

Croy vs Kennedy was worth the ten dollar admission. Croy winning 3-2 with Kennedy making a move at the end, I thought he had two. Heck of a match!

What is his injury? How long is he out?

There were some very interesting pre-season matches at the T-Town rumble. Some that I can remember were the double overtime match between Overmeyer and Boone, with Boone winning a close one. Later on, Foutch of Tullahoma beat Boone. Proctor of Cookeville looked good, beating Spaman of Siegel easily with a pin in the 2nd, I think by that time we had gone to one minute periods. It was a large crowd with 20 teams, some teams brought as many as 25 wrestlers. A good day to get mat time for alot of kids.

Could someone post the schedule for Beech this year, including the score for each game? I am having a hard time finding it.

I think this game comes down to who plays with the most emotion and heart. Tullahoma will have the home field advantage, which I think counters some things Maplewood may have. Mistakes and turnovers will always get you beat, so to beat Maplewood, Tullahoma has to have a near perfect night. I think its time for the WILDCATS to show their stuff ( if you know what I mean), its going to be close. The Tullahoma passing attack is hard to stop. Jordan Milleville had another great night, made some nice runs after the catch, two tds. Jared Olive and Derick Lawson both had nice td catches, both of them made nice runs to paydirt. Matt Hagen had a good night running the offense, he made alot of good throws, especially the one to Milleville in the endzone. The defense held Warren County to running the dive and shut down the option. The only score by WC was a TD late in the 4th QTR against the third unit.
