Triplethreat is not a coach at H.C. thats a crazy assumption, I know the coaches there and they are not one to bad mouth other teams, but just try to get their kids to work hard and do the best they can to compete. They came to old HC a week or so ago with their beloved mr. basketball candidiate, (who is a fine player), and lost by double digits with HC still missing several kids due to football and DC not missing any that matter. Sounds like 3 quick losses to me. Lavergne will be very lucky to finish in the top four in their district. They just lack the skill and fundamentals of schools like Gallatin, WC, Beech, etc.

Refs from Clarksville and nashville frequently travel to Henry County and Dickson or wherever. That's what the association is all about, you don't hire whoever you choose. (AKA one of your players fathers) You're not very intelligent TenWatcher. Before you go out accusing people of being wrong you might want to make sure you have been properly informed. I think they will have a good year, the kids are really working hard for their coach and from what I can tell they really seem to be meshing well with eachother and buying in to what the coach is wanting from them. Good luck Pats

I did get to watch Henry County play yesterday but didn't make it to Clarksville as I would have liked to. HC looked good. They outplayed Dyer Co. from the tip which surprised me a little. I figured DC would be the one's that were confident and controlled the game, but HC playing without a starting two guard and another great sophmore who is still on the football field played a very good game. They have some polishing up to do themselves but that's why you play these tough teams preseason. I hope it is a sign of things to come! Go pats!

You all haven't given Henry County enough love, well on the flip side I can see what you see not living here because they did struggle at the end of their season losing their last four games or so, but they are a lot better than you are thinking. We were young last year and got all kids back except one (that played). I watched them play a few games this summer and I was shocked. You don't know what's coming!! Go Big Red
