Congrat''s to Coalfield they played very well tonight. Maybe this can turn their season back around

I seen the Stedam girl the other night at the game and she still was on chrutches one of the parents said she might be out all year. I thought Coalfield would have a shot at 2nd in the direct but now they will have a hard time with them splitting with Oneida for 4th or Sunbright for 5th. Things dont get any better with OZ coming to town Friday night. Coalfield better find out the down fall soon or their season will be over early Feb. 22

Kayla is a better 1 guard that way she can drive to the basket most teams 2 or 3 players will come to her to stop her then she can just dish it to the open player if they dont comment to her she scores. I do not know if she is the best ever but she is the best right now. Great win girls!

I heard Wartburg is playing very well right now and with them coming up to OZ on Tuesaday night what do you think will this be a very close game?

What has happen to Coalfield? I thought they might make a run at 2nd in the district but now they will be lucky to make the regional unless they can find a way to turn things around. Do they still have players hurt or are they just playing bad?

I watched the Monterey game and yes they do need to shoot more but they also need to look for the open player several times they would shoot and have a player wide open and would not pass the ball. I fell like they are still a year away but should make it to the regionals.

This should be a good game. I would give the edge to Oakdale in Coaching height I would give the edge to Coalfield in Phyiscal play speed With that being said if Coach Snow can use is bench and not get his players tired where they make silly mistake they win. If not Coalfield speed and phyiscal play will win. Winner of this game and Wartburg will be playing for 2nd in the District.

Yes, it was a big win for us last night our lady's are peeking they will be hard to handle the rest of the season.

I have seen Wartburg and Coalfield play this year. Yes, Coalfield has played a softer schedule so far. Got to give an edge to Wartburg because Coalfield has to play Oakdale this Friday already banged up and most likely it will be a physical game. Can Coalfield get through that game without any more injuries. Will Wartburg get Coalfield (A game) or will they be so banged up Wartburg get's by. Time will tell

Coalfield beat Monterey tonight first time to see the lady jackets this year. Very good win with 2 or 3 girls fouled out and 1 girl getting tossed for the jackets. Missed several free throws or they could had won it without ot. I seen Wartburg and Oakdale and the Jackets might be the 2nd best in the district right now. Friday night will be a big test for Oakdale and Coalfield.

Who is the new coach at Sunbright?

I think they should play also other than Kingston they all play each other every year.And OZ is the best team from Roane county not Kingston. I think it would be pretty close on the girls side maybe not the boys side though.

I think that would be a great. Each county could by all-star uniforms for them. What if the shrinners did it and they could just use the money. Hope this happens

Will any of these teams be able to handle Oliver Springs this year? Wartburg - New Coach with ALOT of upperclassman Oakdale - Returns eveyone from last years team Oneida - Lost all starters but maybe 1 very young Sunbright - New Coach 1 very good player the rest young Coalfield - Lost 1 starter from last year team still young

I do not know if this is true or not but for OZ I hope it is not But for Kayla if she does decide to go to Webb we will support her no matter where she is playing. And the might OZ will do just fine and yes we have several young ladies that could step up and win the district again and make it back to state.

I think Coalfield will do just fine they will fight it out with Oakdale and Wartburg for 2nd place in the district and Yes knight2 we at OZ do lose all of our post players and they will be hard to replace but we have some young lady's that can get the job done.

I will disagree with your pick for making the regional next year. OZ -yes Oakdale -yes Wartburg - new coach first year as high school coach should make it though Oneida- sorry to say the must first reload 2 years away Coalfield- yes that group of young kids will be hard to handle Sunbright- sorry not this year either I would like to say this year Oneida team was fun to watch wish we could had played them in the championship of the region Best of luck to those girls
