I dont know him personally. But he was always publicly bashing his players. One minute he is in the paper saying that his team is jealous of Jeff Smith and the next minute he is saying that his players dont have the type of heart that kids at Howard and Brainerd have. So if you are saying that he is a class act what class are you talking about. The kind where you compare your kids to others that they play and lose to that doesnt make sense to me. A class act!!! you gotta be kidding me glad he is gone because Tyner really had a good team this year but couldnt get over the hump with their best team in 10 years

You are right. No one knows who will win next year. Look at what happened to Howard this past season. That proves that nothing is promised. At the end of the day each team will have to lace em up and go out there and play

Hey fool, did you read the last post I Sent. Our only rival in the city is Brainerd and no one else. We have had our way with them the last 5 or 6 years I think its like 5 to 1. Our other rival is Austin East and they are in Knoxville and we havent played them in football in years. Who is making excuses about kids going to Tyner certainly not me because we only want kids at Howard who want to be there. If I was complaining I would have talked about how kids who played for Tarver while in middle school have been offered scholarships to other High Schools but you dont want to hear what everybody in chattanooga already knows (south chattanooga kids being recruited to other schools). I used Reggie in response to when you guys named sequoyah players who I still havent heard of. And how can Reggie speak for Howard when he is dead and gone. I know i gave you the name fool for a reason. Since your team is so good this year we will see them at Gaston Stadium and put another whippin on em!!! Peace out FOol

Lol!!! Let me start out by saying that If indeed we play chaos and just send people running down the field then what does that say about your school if we consistantly beat them u fool!!!! Go to TSSAA and see who has the most state football championships between the schools you named. I dont care how old they are. Howard has beat brainerd the last 3 times they have played them. Notre Dame does have their number but when McCallie, Cal, Talley were the 1,2,3 punch they beat Notre Dame and the schore was like 40-0 at the half. Notre Dame made sure the next time they scheduled Howard was when those guys from that team were long gone. Tyner is a state powerhouse but you have to realize that people go to tyner to play football for coach T. Not all those guys play for Tyner Middle thats why brainerd has been bad as of late. We have regions see who has a most recent region title us or sequoyah. Why am I even argueing with you and you probably havent posted 10 wins in 4 years

You have to be kidding me!!! Ashford is leaving because no one is left at Tyner. So he is leaving before it really gets ugly there. He was never a good coach to begin with. He had a team full of seniors and they could have been the best team in chatt if they had the right leader. He needed to be fired.

No we play "beat sequoyah all the time"!!! Except for Brackets last season and we had a young team then. We also lost Anthony Cal, Kevin McCauley and Jamaal Macon that year and our running back was just coming off of injury and he did whatever he wanted against you. Plus dont forget that Howard produced Reggie White. And Terdell Sands just re-signed with the raiders for 17 million. Plus Darius McDonald was Mr. Football and Rico Council may start as a true freshman for TSU next year. They dont play football! Coming from Sequoyah, this has to be a big joke. Bracketts junior year howard beat them by say 40plus points and we lost our starting RB. The backup ran for 300 yards. Sequoyah! I quess that Nuclear plant has drove you guys wild. PS I did start this post to stir things up. With b-ball season being over I have no one else to mess with so im glad I found you guys!!! Take care

Satterfield hurt Howard in the game against Mitchell. If quick would have played they would have had a true point and they wouldnt have had that many turnovers. With buck back next year they will be loaded. I heard Simeon is coming back to howard if he does then we will be even more loaded. D. Ricks- Best Player in Chatt D. Taylor-Most Athletic Player in Chatt Brandon Allen- Argueably the most valuable player on the team Jehron Reynolds-The glue Chris Deloney- Talented Freshman and has the potential to be the next D. Ricks Marlon Jones- Good ability and would have helped the tigers but wasnt satisfied with playing time Buck-Buck Harper- Solid!!! He is on the same level with Ricks, Taylor, and Allen Simeon That will give us a better team than this past year because we have the talent that is not the question but we need to get that monkey off our backs and bring home a ship!!!

We are waisting our time argueing with these people from the west. The west doesnt have that many players to sign D-1. Scholarship. Young is good but who else, Wright is the better player look at what he is doing at UNC. Tech is getting a glimpse at the tourney from their couch

Easy!!! just say it. CSAS is good for a single A team. They couldnt survive in AA so they left. Temple is the best A school in chatt but look at what happened when they played Howard on their own floor so its not saying much because single A is very weak

You my friend are wrong! D. Ricks from Howard will win this award. As for this game no one from Chattanooga is playing but this is a game for seniors and the east best players were mostly juniors. But its a all-star game so who knows who will win. think about this. Im saying this because Howard wasnt fully equiped with all of its players this year. They will be back next year with all of their players and the other three teams will also have the same teams

How many players did Liberty lose. Mitchell Howard Austin East and Foulton will be the best four teams in the state next year but I think they are all even as far as talent goes. Will Liberty be in the mix next year. Congratulations!!!

I think my hustlin tigers will be in this game next year. We lost a lot of players this year due to grades. Thats why we didnt have a bench. Plus our pg didnt play because he was sick (chicken pox). D. Ricks is the real deal and he will be back next year along with Taylor and Allen. We will get Buck Buck back and we will have a solid 7 this year. So be on the lookout for us next season and watchout for D. Ricks for Mr. B-Ball. Oh yeah, your coach did a great job coaching your boys. He unloaded his bench and that proved to be a key factor because your boys went on a tear against us(Howard). and I have to say that I was pulling for AE to beat you but thats because I know their program

Temple and CSAS are the only two good A teams in chattanooga!!!! Grace and 21st Century!!! Give me a break. CSAS and Temple have good coaches and they have the athletes
