  1. We still have a few spots available, please visit our website www.vanderbiltwrestling.com for further information
  2. well...I am officially registered for the tournament this weekend (I registered at NHSCA.com). I hope I see some of you old guys out there, and I also hope I don't embarrass myself...ha
  3. Is there a date in mind yet? or a month at least
  4. This tournament will be folkstyle...I plan on attending (140lbs). Depending on the turnout it should be pretty interesting (especially for me probably being the lightest). I would love to get a good idea of who all is going to be there in the open division. Thanks guys. To register http://www.nhsca.com/qualifiers.php...then go to the Bolton Qualifier
  5. who is planning on attending (Open division)? what do you weigh?
  6. Is there a date in mind yet? or atleast a month...honestly this has me really excited. I think it would be fun for the high school/middle school kids to come out and watch, if not participate. As Ibleedpurpleandgold said the Vanderbilt team would be more than happy to help. Let us know
  7. What are some of you older guys weighing...I weigh about 145lbs right now.
  8. I think the Music City takedown Club would be the best for you considering location. It is not on the official club list yet b/c it is so new. It will be meeting at East lit. magnet school and several nearby high school will be attending. MLK, East Lit, Glencliff etc...I will get the contact info and post it here soon. If someone else has that contact info feel free to post as well.
  9. the Pat Nailen tournament is open and the Bolten tournament on april 14th. I am planning on wrestling in the senior division as well. If anyone knows anymore open tournaments please let me know as well.
  10. I would say the best question is where are you located?...there are several clubs, so location would probably be very important to you guys.
  11. MLK (part of the music city takedown club) took 5 to the tournament. Kyle Chandler won at 145lbs in the freshman tournament and Nick Johnson (125lbs) place 3rd in the sophomore tournament.
  12. thanks...thats's folkstyle (highschool and college wrestling)
  13. i know this question was addressed, but i just had a question about past participation in the senior division? maybe someone who went last year can answer this for me...I'm sure there were not that many wrestlers in that class much less the seperate weight classes. I have seen it before where there haven't not been that many senior division wrestlers so they just lump them all together...i just didn't want to come out with my high school team and personally be prepared to wrestle and be disappointed. thanks guys. also Jukeboxhero...you were the person who orginally asked this question, would you be in the university division or senior. also what do you weigh. Actually i would love to know if anyone is thinking about wrestling and would be in the senior division. thanks again guys
  14. I'm sorry to keep posting this question, it just hasn't been addressed yet...maybe you don't know the answer...will this tournament be a folkstyle, freestyle and/ or greco? thanks
  15. since you are emailing the scheduling conflict to the head coach, does that mean that the date is not set in stone? also, i believe the Germantown tournament is freestyle and greco, will the bolton tournament also be these styles or will it be folkstyle. Thanks
  16. so this tournament will have a senior division? also, since it is through NHSCA I am assuming it will be a folkstyle tournament...correct? if so will the weight classes be usa wrestling, high school, college etc. thanks
