Just wondering what are the qualifications for the city prep? We tried to get in but didn't, however we had a better scoring average than some of the other teams and beat some straight up. Is it political or what? How did East Hamilton and Cleveland get in? Maybe coach Holwerda can explain. More to follow.

Congrats coach Crowder. A good high school coach who knew what it took to get the job done. His main claim to fame was when he openly threw a game to stay out of Bradley's bracket in the region. Who cares about ethics it got Rhea County to the state tournament.

There is a big difference in middle school and high school bball. Playing in a district that has teams like howard and east ridge are a little different than playing seq, middle and jasper middle. Almost every team has more talent than you so you better be able to coach. Coach Cagle will do a fine job after he realizes what he is dealing with but there is an adjustment to be made. What we all have to realize is you cant win the kentucky derby when your riding a mule.

I will tell you right now. Our coach cost us a big game when he missed 4 straight free throws at the end of a game! He should be fired!

We know you are not on the field playing but are you coaching at sequoyah or Central. This tactic has been used often to pump up ones own team. Hopefully no one on here is dumb enough to beleive he is from Polk and beleive me if he is the football players will know it and it wont be pretty. By the way if you go to Polk who are your teachers?
