  1. nike vapors without question. ive had 3 pairs of vapors and never have had blisters. very, very lightweight. they are by far my favorite pair of cleats.
  2. you 2 seem to be the only ones who think MBA is a weak team. i mean they had an impressive season last year and basically return most of their starters. they ended up taking CBHS to pk's at state. plus they have darsinos up top, who wouldnt want him on their team. its fine to question whether they're number one or not but to say they're not a top ten team in state is just ignorant.

    CBHS

cbhs has a good amount of talent, but i dont think they have the most in state. i mean you're saying they have more than brentwood, bga, mba, father ryan, hendersonville.
  4. i thought our intensity level was much better in the second half. our touch and things like that werent much better, we just with more intensity. i thought matt played really well in the back. he had a big impact. and yes, our schedule is starting to get very difficult. this is our first away game of 5 the next two weeks. so we definitely expect to get more games like tonight vs. blackman.

    CBHS

gofish and hsbaseballfan03, you guys seem to be getting really defensive. no one has a grudge or anything. lima might not be cocky. i wouldnt know b/c i havent met him. but the statements he made about us (bga) before last years title game and some of the statements in that article sound cocky. but then again, they could have been taken out of context. who knows, but speedygonzo hasnt really bashed CBHS or their coach really all that much. you guys are just taking it really defensively.
  6. very good game. blackman played very, very well, no doubt about it. i was talking to matt towards the end of the first half and i was saying i didnt think we won but 2 50/50's. blackman came out with an intensity that we couldnt match in the first half. so i have to give a lot of credit to blackman. in the second half we got a couple of bounces our way and got 2 pk's that tied it up. overall blackman is a very good team that plays hard every minute they're out there. they'll definitely do well this season.
  7. bga beat franklin 2-0, and is now 3-0.

    CBHS

sounds like the same arrogant rogerio lima to me. personally, im not surprised people quit his team. does anyone know who quit?
  9. the brentwood/bga is at brentwood next thursday. huge game, no doubt about it. also BGA@MBA will be another very good game that usually gets a pretty big crowd.
  10. yeah it was a stupid call, but i mean you guys were up by 4. if the game was gonna be decided on this call then i would hope he would let play continue. but, again, you were winning by 4 so its not a big deal.
  11. BGA has a very tough schedule. not only do we have a very competitive region with MBA,JP2, and Father Ryan but we also have some difficult non-region games. here's a portion of schedule: vs. Franklin @Blackman @DCA @Brentwood @Riverdale @MBA vs. Grissom High School(AL) vs. JP2 vs. Father Ryan playing MBA,Riverdale,Brentwood,Blackman in away games is gonna be very difficult. plus throw in home games versus one of the top teams in AL, 2 competitive region games vs. JP2 and Father Ryan, and a cross-street rivalry versus Franklin.
  12. mjuhb, just for an update b/c i havent seen anyone post BGA's scores on here, but BGA is 2-0. Winning 8-0 against ensworth and 2-1 against Centennial.
  13. yea it was some ridiculous number like that. he's very good. not only does he have a great touch and shot, he has great size as well so he's not too bad in the air.
  14. who are some of the best sophomores in the state? pat kelly of hendersonville and TNFC 90's is very good, jonah from Father Ryan and HFC, houston oldham MBA and HFC, graham williams BGA and chaos, mark sherrod not sure what high school and lakeway kickers. those are some very good ones.
  15. umm has anyone seen BGA's field by any chance.
  16. i know, so was i. he said ethan ingham was their stand-out, which he isnt.
  17. i dont know, but if anyone has seen gallatin play then they would know that jimmy is there stand-out easily.
  18. yea there were definitely some picky calls in the BGA/CBHS game last year. i dont think that our player should have been given a red card, a yellow at most. but then again there were calls that should have gone CBHS' way as well. and yea, there should definitely be 3 ref's with offside calls being the biggest problem.

    Biggest Hitters

i find it funny that one of the R.O.B.'s is telling people that they dont know when to keep their mouths shut..... but anyway, t.j. brown can definitely hit. but, as stated earlier, his hits are clean.
  20. i agree with you about the state champion coming from the middle region. there's some good competition in the middle and should be interesting to see who comes out as the #1 seed. CBHS, although they're in the west, are very good and will compete at state, too.
  21. yea some people get them with vapors, but ive had 3 pairs of vapors and havent gotten blisters with any of them.
  22. nike vapors. by far my favorite cleats. i've had one pair of white/red vapors for about 2 years and are still good enough to use at practice and stuff. i just bought a new pair of black vapors and, once again, are perfect. if you're looking for a cleat that lasts you a while then nike vapors are a good pair, from my experience at least.
  23. yea we played gallatin last week and if i indentified who their stand-out was, it would be the somalian center mid. i know his first name is Johnny, but i dont know his last name. anyway he's a very good player and by far their best.
  24. "thank you o great R.O.B."........haha wow......... i know they have charles rodriguez and jonah powers-myska, and both are very good players. who are some of their other players?
