The real outlook for 09... Harpeth (GO TRIBE!!!!) Creek Wood (can't wait to beat up on the birds) Camden (lion king no more) Cheatham (not even the best team in the county) Waverly (its not the late 80s boys) Stewart Co (last 2 years were luck) Montgomery Central ( like i said, Montgomery Central)

We know we got the boys to get it done. We know that this is our year to shine. We are glad all you guys have counted us out. Just know this "WE READY" and we will put a butt kickin on the teams that count us out. GO TRIBE!!!!!

But can they stop Harpeth? Great passing game, one the dist. will have to get ready for. The running game will be better than the last couple years. Cheatham and Cw better get ready for a butt kickin. This is the year for the boys from KS. GO TRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Harpeth lookes to lead the way in district play this year. the changes make for some good looking games. can't wait for the creek wood game. going to be fun smashing faces against them. team that looks to give us themost trouble might be camden. don't know alot about them, but they always seem to be good. we will have to see. The fall will be here before we know it and the we dominate!!! GO TRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets not forget that we have to beat East Friday. After we roll over them we will worry about rolling over Richland. After we roll over them, we can worry about fairview. Fairview is better than people might think, but we still will beat them. It all starts friday with HC's JV. We already smacked them once this year in our freshman game. Same result on friday. I know I have been quiet, but I can't let this one go. I have to make a prediction. We have all seen the #'s East is putting up (39.17 ppg). That is a joke!!! The TRIBE will put up 40 easy against that group. They have no answer for our play makers. Lewis Co. put it on us, but they are going to put it on everyone. This is a game we got in the bag. The East game opens up a 4 game run to the playoffs boys. Down goes East, next up is richland. GO TRIBE!!!!!

I will keep talking. Someone needs to do something to get us fired up. I have confidence in our team and i think we can be as good as i say, but we have to play like it for a whole game, not just a half. We did dominate waverly in the second half by passing the ball. We also had a bad no call on a roughing the punter in the end zone. We still need to work on some things, but we will turn it around and we will win a lot of games. GO TRIBE!!!!!

Come on now. Be real. We own you guys. It was a good try, we didn't take you guys serious and we played sloppy, but we own you guys. This year won't be close at all. If you want a preview check out the waverly game tonight. We are going to show the region what we are all about tonight when we destroy the tigers. You guys will get your chance in good time. Like i said, a week 1a football team. Now about the tiggers. Waverville might have a qb that could play on our jv, but you have not seen a qb until you see ours. Pass, check. Run, check. We have all the tools needed to beat you guys. As far as knocking some heads, get ready for it. If their is one thing Harpeth football is about it is knocking heads. Not trying to take anyone out, just trying to be physical. WE WILL BE MORE PHYSICAL THAN YOU!!!! Game time. GO TRIBE!!!!!!

I agree. We don't have to rely on only one or two guys this year. We have a lot of guys that can run the ball. I can't wait until kickoff so we can start popping the pads. Waverville is in for a game they are not ready for. They won't be as phyisical as us and it is going to show. No way they can bring the pain like we do. They looked soft on film against a weak 1a team and now they have to face a hardnosed team running the explosive veer. Should be a long night for the tiggers. GO TRIBE!!!!!

Speaking of programs, you should check out the Harpeth Indians. We have a program that is going to run circles around the region this year using the good ole veer. As for East, they did some good things last year and will do some more good things this year, but not enough to get passed my boys from KS. GO TRIBE!!!!!

Marshall Co. rolls. 1st in a long line of L's for Hickman Co. A lot of returning tallent, but can't live up to the hype. especially when they see my boys from KS. Make sure you pay attention to the waverly score friday. it will be a preview of things to come in the region. Go Marshall Co; GO TRIBE!!!!!!!

I agree the D is going to be better, but i disagree about the veer not being explosive. you will see us destroy waverville friday with it. we will also go on a tear against our region with it. we were good on o last year, but we were predictable. now we will be explosive and unpredictable. who has the ball? I don't know, is it the dive , or the qb, or the pitch, or is it a pass? who knows? Domination will be the meal we serve to the tigers. GO TRIBE!!!!

Waverly is in for a long night. They will not move the ball a lot against the "D". They may not even score a point considering a weak 1a team held them scoreless last week. I say my boys from KS win this one going away. Final score Harpeth 37 behind the explosive veer, Waverville 0 due to the outstanding play of the Harpeth D. GO TRIBE!!!!!!!!

I don't know much about this region, but we scrimmaged JB and they looked good. I heard mcewen scrimmaged the new school from hickman co and looked good, but that don't mean much. I think JB wins it all.

It is well known by folks in KS that we had a lot of key players not dressed out for the scrimmage. JB is a good team, but not as good as the scrimmage may have looked. We played a lot of young kids in key spots and some kids are hurt like ksgovols said. We will be a force in region play and we will make a playoff spot. The new look to the "O" is coming along and will pay off in the fall. don't worry about my boys from KS. GO TRIBE!!!!!!!

I agree 100%. My boys in KS are getting it done this spring and it will show when we get to the playoffs next year. GO TRIBE!!!!!!

The team to look out for is going to be Harpeth. Most everyone in the region knows it, but I like to remind people every now and again how good we should be next year. No one should worry about the other school in hickman county and no one should worry about richland. They ALL should worry about my boys in KS. GO TRIBE!!!!

DaMino strikes again. Coach Loope wouldn't say anything like that. He knows how good we are going to be. He has seen us grow over the last couple of years and he would put us up against any team in the midstate. We are that good. Just look at the playmakers we have coming back. Why would we not want some of Cheatham? THey got nothing for us. Don't you have a radio show to do anyway? GO TRIBE!!!!!!

DaCatfish, more like DaMino. You really don't know much about high school football in these parts if you are comparing Harpeth to Red Boling Springs. Fact is that Harpeth is for real. No one wants to listen, but we are for real. We will win and we will challenge for the region title. Even our own "fans" like HHSnumber1fan has no faith in his OLD school. He is too concerned about finding out who I am. Well pay attention next season. You will know who I am then. Funny thing is that it is no secret who I am. Ask around. The other guys know who I am and they feel the same way I do. WE HAVE PRIDE in OUR SCHOOL and we know how good WE WILL be next season. GO TRIBE!!!!!

Bring it. bring whatever it is you got. we not scared of loretto or fairview. we will roll over them both in 08. as for waverly and creek wood, we will beat waverly again and we would beat creek wood if they ever wanted to challenge the indians. 20 seniors i don't think so, we were really young last year and will be better this year. Ok, let me spel it out for you and strongside or weakside you need to give up football talk and focus on something more your speed, maybe there is room on a soccer team somewhere. We will be one of the top 2 teams in region 6aa in 08. EastAdvocate, I understand you think your falcons are going to be better and you may be right. as for a jv game, big deal. we played them again and they played like they were on vacation or something. mcwen is no cheatham or sycamore. we play real teams. it will take a couple of more years for you guys to challenge the indians.GO TRIBE!!!!!

Nearly got beat........says it all. We did NOT get beat. We WON the game. As for next year, the rest of 6aa can be asured that the TRIBE will be ready to roll. I like the fact that you don't think we are a top rung team. I like the fact that everyone on here has no respect for the Indians. It makes what we are going to do next year all that much more gooder. As for mcwen being a "good" team, they are a 1a school in a so-so region. They are NOT as good of a team as any of the 6aa schools your boys from hicman will be playing. east or hickman or whatever that school is needs to worry about the boys from KS. GO TRIBE!!!!!

we play creekwood in other sports. we not scared of creekwood. they may be big but that don't matter. we have good skill players too. I would love to get a shot at creekwood. i don't know what team you support vandy1 but i think i would like to get a shot at them too. look at some of the other posts. finally people are supporting the idea of Harpeth doing well next year. What is wrong with talking up the excitement. And as for the website, we are thinking about playing football, not reading about it on a website. What kind of website do your school have anyway? point is we should do well next year and anything less will be a major disapointment.GO TRIBE!!!!!
