Sullivan South lost to Davy Crockett on the 9th penalty kick. Crockett went on to lose to Sullivan Central last night. I actually had the pleasure of centering the Crockett vs Central game last night. Crockett had nothing left in the tank.

To further the discussion look at the Bearden Tournament Bearden Farragut Cak Father Ryan Cleveland Mcminn County Sevier County Cleveland Greenville Karns Maryville Germantown Hoping I didn't miss any... The fields aren't even close.... The Oakride tournament field used to rival the Bearden Tournament. Now it looks like it left overs.

No offense to the new coach, but this is not the same tournament that has been taking place in the past. The quality of competition is a joke. Look at the previous tournaments, and the competition that Oakridge has faced. Reguardless of wins and losses these games helped them get ready for state tournament runs. I hope Pigeon Forge gets you over the hump this year, but I just don't see how. Congrats on winning the tournament though. I'm sure everyone in Oakridge is proud.

Seymour lost 4-0. It was a great 1st season in AAA. First half was a battle in the second the Hill's depth proved to be to much. Good Job boys.

I on the other hand, believe that the weak schedule played by DB will haunt them on Sat. Must be tested by quality competition during the season.

Sorry couldn't resist. How is seymour doing this year, haven't heard much about that district at all. Hope coach payne is doing well up there. Good to see the brown nosing with G is paying off! ( couldnt resist either) Seymour is 6-5-4. They play Jeff Co. in the first round of the district tonight at 5. The Winner plays Sevier Co. the Number one seed. As far as coach Payne is concerned you would have to ask the parents and players. I have never met the guy. I know there has been a huge change on the practice and game field just not sure yet if it is good or bad thing.
