You have a mix up. The back you are referring to is 26. But he is a senior. He is a very hard runner. 28 is a receiver but the rest you are very accurate.

Don't take him too serious. We aren't even sure he is a Henry county fan. He does this every year and makes the other team mad. We Henry county fans have learned to ignore him.

KWC What happened to the Toney kid that played for Melrose a couple years back. That kid could shred defenses. I thought he was a for sure D1 talent.

Warrior I'm just wondering why you think we are so much better than Springfield. We barely won. I know we didn't play our best against them but neither did they. I hope your are right and we do just blow through the first 3 rounds but I'm just wondering your reasons.

Remember redswarm Storm has been out and that was a big problem with our secondary. Hopefully he will be back at 100% this week.

This is the first time I have posted this year. Northeast was fast and athletic. They were a good test for us this late in the season. The Williams kid is a beast on the defensive side of the ball. He pretty much shut down our offense himself. I think him bein on the field so much on defense hurt his offensive game tho. We have to throw the ball and catch better. Sometimes they were stacking 8 or 9 in the box. Oh yea I absolutely love watching Finch (#26) run the ball. He don't care how big you are, and he runs straight ahead full speed everytime he touches it.

Don't forget Storm Hilliard sophomore safety from Henry co. 4 int's in 5 games.

Thanks. I have seen Joe play one time in the Marshall county tournament last year and I'm lookin forward to seeing him again. I will be bringing Marcus etheridge (Henry county's alltime leading scorer) with me who used to play with Joe in aau before he became Joe the show. He hasn't seen him play since 9th grade. He will be in shock when he sees Joe play now.

Me and some friends from will be coming from Henry county to this game. What time should we get there in order to get a good seat.

Clarksville at Beech-Beech wins easily. Lebanon at Henry County-HC wins a close one. West Creek at Gallitan-I think this could be a toss up. Both teams have been playing well lately. Mt. Juliet at Northeast-Northeast is focused and on a mission.

Henry county beat west creek. Not sure on final score but it was around a 10 point victory.

Here is my breakdown of the games which tennessee beat the out of state teams 3-2. Jcm vs mcCluer (mo) wasn't close. Jcm looked tired but even if they weren't I don't think they would have hung with them. Mcluer's point guard shaquille boga (who is only a junior) might have been the best player there. He was completely unstoppable. Raleigh-egypt vs north pulask (ark). Raleigh-egypt should have won by 30. I thought they were clearly the better team but they kept lettin north pulaski to claw back in it. Diere mcElroy and ronald brown for raleigh egypt were impressive. Jackson northside vs scotts county central (mo) Northside was dominated completely. The only player that impressed me was prather. Scott county had a good overall team. Otto porter had 31 points 20 rebounds and 8 steals. Henry county vs paducah tilghman Henry county should have blown them out. But you could tell they were tired. Both teams played team ball and nobody had real big games. Howard (chatt) vs john marshall metro (chicago) Both teams were extremely cocky. John marshall got out to a huge lead but howard clawed there way back in it to win the game. Vincent garrent from john marshall could be a D1 prospect if he could shape up his game a little.

Henry county looked really good last night. They are healthy now and it showed. Travis scored 17 in his first action all year. And marcus is back to his normal self. His dunk on number 21 from kenwood is one the best I've seen in a long time. If they can continue to play team ball watch out for this team. Clarksville folks should come to henry county and enjoy the great basketball today. Starts at 1 and won't end til around 9. A lot of good teams playin.

Who is all headed to paris for the eiffel tower shootout this saturday. Everyone come and pack the gym. I'm excited to see jcm play again. And this will be my first time seein prather. I know raleigh egypt aint as dominate as they have been in the past but I'm still excited about seein them. If you know anything about the out of state teams (players, how tall, what style, ect.) Please let us know.

Clarksville will beat some teams this year that might surprise you. They are young but work very hard and have a toughness about them. Their shooting will either win or lose them games, as they do let them fly.... Northeast is by far the most talented team in Clarksville. Not only do they have bigger and better athletes than the rest of the schools in Cville, but they are also better coached than most. I expect them to roll through the district with no more than 1 or 2 losses in district play. Players; Cville -young will be a player in years to come, not a bad little player as a freshman. They also have a little point guard that played some last year and is a solid player. (Cook I think?) Northeast - Just look and point, they have more talent than I have seen in a long time in this area. They remind me of a team you'd see out of memphis. Just a bunch of very talented athletes that all are pretty equal in skill level. They should have a great year! I agree about northeast they are very talented and have a lot of size. We (henry county) just ran out of gas against them. I can't wait til we play them again. Travis (one of our big guys) will be back then. And when you play them get ready to see some highlights cuz every chance they get they will try to dunk on you. And can someone tell me why james(northeast startin pg from last year) didn't play. He dressed out but did not play. Just wonderin if he was hurt.
