Where did last years' seniors wind up playing football this year???

Dead Period is almost over...kids coming back....I heard that Freeman and Rudwall were throwing some weight around......I promise that Goose (where ever he is) is doing something to get ready. I missed spring practice this year and heard they had a spring game: -TJ Warren will provide spark for Owls offense this year. -Rudwall will become a Division 1 prospect this year. - East Hamilton will win 1 ball game this year.

Guys??? Who said anything about Ooltewah?? I think GQ is best coach in the state. That's why it REALLY surprised me when his Nationally Televised Allstar Team looked uncoached as far as special teams. no plan??? confusion???? Even more surprising to phishdad, was that these special teams blunders were apparent earily in the contest and GQ didn't fix it. that's all I was tryn to say

1st of all...congrats to McMinn...you deserve the Region title last year...beat us fair and squre in overtime to win yet..over time...i watched that mcminn team develop...it took 3 years to get to that moment to squeek out a victory against the mighty owls.... so, what am i saying....?????.....the cherokees will be ready to contend for a playoff spot in...uhhh...lets say......3 years...see you then cherokees

yo raider Playing and competing in the state semifinals and losing to the eventual state champ is not fizzling out over the last 5 yrs.. on any given Friday night when the Owls played....they would WIN (on average) 9 games out of 10...period..... you old ooltewah fans need to appreciate a winning program...the state rings and banners happen when the time is right early prediction for 2010 season ...owls go undefeated in region/district play....host 1st round playoff game in 6A

Whatever you do. some parent remind GQ to practice Xtra point protection and FG projection. While I was watching Jacques Smith in the Army allstar game, i couldn't help but notice the breakdown in coaching when it came to what i call 'dead ball special teams.' i know its an allstar game and prep time is limitied...but those kicking game blunders fell right on GQ. it did surprise me...u guys always talk how perfect he is good luck rebs.....news on startinf QB?????

ok...this guy is already a nominee for dork of the year...lets look at his post:::::: he claims the owl program has been broken down for 4 or 5 yrs....those 4 or 5 yrs are the only glory that this football program has ever witnessed...so we already know his skewed and biased thoughts then...owl i calls out Off Coordinators (monroe) and Def Coordinator (greene) as the PROBLEM???? owl eye ...you must have been spending time in the gulf sucking in too many tar ball fumes I don't know all about owl football...but I confidently know that Monroe and Greene were the 2 best coaches on staff last year...so this guy: owl eye is a SISSY BOY We lost a few quality coaches....yet good coaches still remain,,,ooltewah is still the favorite to win the district again...and they will the team will go as far as Goose can take them...knowing from what ive seen from #5 over the last few years at the Nest.....it could be 'Scary' far....... ps...get ready to hear the name: JAY RUDWALL over and over and over

Come on coaches and admins...its july and games are round the corner...East Hamilton is telling people that they will be able to host home games in their new stadium... ??? what stadium? nothing has even been started... school is sayn it will be ready for the first game against Signal Mountain i dont think the AD dept. has gone as far as to 'break ground.' I mean, they help a ceremony that combined some doods in ties gettn a photo op holding shovels....rumor has it that no shovels have hit dirt yet??? Fat Sack...thats the best point Ive heard in a while those type kids....I call them "private school players"...they cant start where there is competition and athletes, so they run to start at a Boyd Buchanan, Grace, or McCallie same with these kids....they took one look at #36 and #7 and #20 and realized they didnt want to practice with gridiron players like that....so they ran to the new school so they actually could get to be a part of a few tackling drills
