The Halls wrestling community would also like you to know that you are in our prayers.The Reveiz family is well known and respected in our area.Not only for the boys atheletic abilitys but more for they are good people...Hope all goes well and keep us posted

Very good tourny as always.I do however have one question as a wrestlers parent....Why is it that the parents get more respect as they are (trying to record the team or more importantly their kids)From the wrestlers themselfs than the coaches.I for one record the whole team for a banquet at the end of the year...If you leave 4 ft behind you for people to walk behind and are holding a camera pointed at the mat....Why would you as a coach walk in front of somebody.......We are parents trying to make this something these kids will remember and when our kids are out of school we will not be there...We are not coaches...What ever happened to lead by example...And loser's throwing head gear and ankle wraps..If my son did that "I would personally bench him"Losing is part of learning...Deal with it..do not make your coaches and team look bad because of your anger!!!!!

Just a quick note about the tourny The competition was great.Tough group for the kids just comming out of football playoffs.It ran smooth just like last year....However,I for one am tired of being hollered at over the PA system to get into the stands even though you are leaning against the wall to video your son wrestling....The place is not big enough for 24 teams and parents...You cannot tape your kid from the stands if they are on mats 1,2 or 3 because everybody is always walking up and down the walk way to get to the concession stand or to go down and warm up for their match. If it was not for the competition that is there.I would care if we ever go back...2 yrs in a row it has been the same thing.....Great folks and run well but to small....I like to record our boys on the team without a bunch of heads walking through....Sorry for venting but I just got done watching the tape and I am very dissappointed. And why did the concession stand close nearly 3 hrs before the tourny was over?

Thank you boys for a very exciting year of football.The way yall came together as a team is awsume!!!I have said it before" PROUD OF ALL OF YOU" Hold your heads high and be proud of yourselfs and your team mates!Yes we will lose some key players,however I believe there is some under classman who have proved that they will give it their all to fill the spots..Pix, Hodge, Fitz.,McGill,just to name a few....We will for sure miss the seniors and I for one want to thank them for all their help and guidence with the underclassmen...It shows that you boys are truly a class act and I am proud to know each and everyone of you...I wish you boys well in what ever path you take from this point on And to THOMAS9....If you play the way you played us Fri. night Maryville will be licking their wounds on Sat. morning ..Good luck to both teams and thank you for welcoming us to your house to play ball

I forgot to mention that I want to give a hats off to coach J and his staff..I personally know what you have done with some of these boys and for that I thank you...People will talk the monday morning quarterback stuff.....However,what you and your staff have done with these boys is to be commended...Thanks coach for being a good man and taking care of our boys......You will not be forgotten

I believe the boys in Halls know where they are and that hard work got them there...It has not always been pretty but they have come together when they had to...If they can not get to far in the hole in the first half they will pull it out and go to Maryville...They want it and what a way for the seniors to go out...good luck to both teams and lets all hope that nobody gets hurt as this will be a hard hitting game.....Thank you boys for a great season...Its not over yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do what you do best...work as a team and we go to week three

The goys could have laid down as other teams have done when things went bad...However as I have said before....These boys have heart that is unsurpassed by no one....proud of the whole team for comming together and moving to round #2...I loved that sack by Pix in the 4th....Proud of yall boys and hold your heads high as all your hard work is paying off.Their will always be the naysayers...But hey do not know yall............WE DO

I just found out that Pix has to waer new pads becausse he has broke his on both sholders....would not want that little firehouse to hit me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The boys will do as they have all year....they will get it by hard playing and 7 points

I aggree that the boys will pick up where they have to and play good ball.Glad that Reese is able to play after his accident.McGill, Pix, Gibson etc. will do what has to be done.Pix had one jv. game that I recall with 207 yards and 3 or 4 td's...All of these kids have shown the heart they have on more than one occassion...I am proud to be a Halls fan and most of all I am proud of all the boys....

Great game for the devils...just couldnt make up that touch down the rebels got...Proud of yall for the hard work...good game by all of ya...Pix looked good for being a couple days out of an auto accident...GREAT hit in the 4th qtr on the kickoff...And Reese does not look like he has missed a beat...Glad you are ok and healed up Reese...Dayton looked as good as usual....Dayton and Leonard some great play saving tackles..Hold your heads high as it was a great game against a strong team and they know today that they were in a fight

Pix was the passenger in a car wreck earlier this week..Doctors order were no practice for two days to allow him to heal from the sudden stop...Both boys are ok(thank the man above as the car was totaled)He is good for fri nite and as hungry as ever

The boys from Halls will come ready to play...Make sure you are eady...Ya folks have talked a loy all week...You know as well as I do that anything can happen and rather you like it or not...Halls can do it if they come ready to play ball......not saying they will win....however I think they can pull it out....We do respeect th Maryville team but we are hungry...young but hungry....Underclassman are showing some real potential and 1st team is working thier buts off...Maryville is top class...But Halls is comming up fast..Be careful boys....Coach J has done a great job in the last 2 yearsrs....Do not underestamate what Halls is hunting for on Frii. ...Best of luck to both teams and lets hope for good call from the officials....................

after seeing what the teams have done this year....one does not know...If Halls comes ready to play...could be an upset....The boys seem to not look good to start but do what has to be done in the end Halls by3 at the end

what is the rules for rufing the kicker...at what point in his kick does he have to be to be started into the kick...If he has the ball in his hands and not stepping to kick(which means he could pass)If you hit him then is it roughing...We have a great picture of the hit by Pixley on the onthegopotos web site and he is clearly there before the kicker was set to kick...however we were hit with the penalty...Just courious as I do not not all the rules

this does not apply to the post...but can somebody help me..does anybody track the JV yardage...I have Pixley at 200 yards in mondays game.I know its not varsity but this kid is tuff and some of his team mates had over 150.....just courious
