I've been a Highlander for going on 5 years now and the group of men who are about to finish off their season are the greatest I've lined up with on Friday night. As a team, you guys know we've came close to beating AC for a couple of years now. Leave it all on the field Friday, because it all can be taken away in a moment. Do something we've all wanted to do for a long time now, shut AC up.

Both David Gillum and his brother Russ played at AC. David turned down a coaching job @ AC to come to SHS. Gillum holds some records there i do believe and Lying Larry told him when he went to Scott that he was going to beat him badly as possible every year.

I went and wiped the dust off of this forum. SHS is reminding me of the 03' scott team. Can the pull out of their slump this week?

I can;t speak on behalf of SHS but I played LA two years and watched this third and they play clean. Their winless because their in the toughest region in the state hands down and their having a rebuilding year. The kid was hurt in the second because her lowered his head to low and it was no ones fault.

Not nice to bash inner city kids because their probably going to broaden your cultural by 2-steping and cranking some soulja boy all over the field friday. Fulton by 7. good luck to both teams and hopefully no more injuries this year.

Scott was 5-4 I believe AC was 5-4. Winner went to the playoffs. 20 sec left and Scott has the ball 10 yrds out but its 4 and like 3. Wesley Smith cracked about 5 yards on a dive and the Ref picked up the ball and walked back about 2 1/2 and called turnover. Alot of seniors were ejected as the game was ending for trying to get that ref. That's 03 and there plenty of other stories just not as harsh as that one. Last year we were like 15 yrds out with no t/o and a ball rolled out of bounds off of a fumble but the kept the clock running.

This maybe off topic but is Smith getting anymore playing time @ Notre Dame due to the season? I've heard Rogan has got some but it's been limited.

For the LA bus drivers sake something closer to home. I don't know how it will go but I'd like to see the big three split and I'm pretty sure AC is moving up. I hope the keep Scott with LA because the past 3 games have been really good ones. Maybe we can get GIBBS Rutledge Carter. Doubt it will ever happen though.
