Yes over the next several weeks the Rebels have togh games ahead. Some one mentioned Creekwood and Camden but we can not forget about Waverly. I have to agree wit THE PREZ Camden is a mearsuring stick fo alot of teams. Camden is very disiplined and play assisngment football and also very well coached. Camden is the mountain top and the rest are trying to get there programs there. Coach Haliday will have the Rebels ready for a good old fashion slobber knocker (SMASH MOUTH FOOTBALL). As we all should remember that this High School football. I am using a qoute from papatiger That is why we play the game. As far as playing Creekwood, Camden and Waverly we will play those games when it is time. All the Rebels need to do is focus on the next game and play them one at a time. Hardhitter glad to have you as part of the REBEL NATION. The seniors that we lose this year will be missed but we have some more young men ready to step in and fill there shoes. It is good to see all the support that the community is giving this team now. One of the coaches you are talking about is a very dear friend of mine. He is a fine man not only is he teaching the game of football he is also teaching lessons in life along with the offensive line coach. these 2 men are fine examples for our young men to measure up to. Next year is going to be a challenge because we go up a class, but like you said earlier it takes hard work to achive your goals. SC has a taste of what hard work can do so I do not believe they will stop that process now. Coach Holiday along with his coaching staff has turned this program around and they are taking steps in the right direction. Coach keep up the good work. Been alot of negitive remarks about Coach this year, but I honstely believe that Coach did not deserve any of those comments about him or his character.

formerlionsdad and hardhitter sorry I have not been on here since the game. The REBELS played there hearts out but GP was on there game. GP'S NUMBER 24 is a monster and a great player. I hope to be watching him on Saturday next year. I had the chance to speak with him and he seems to be a very pleasant young man. REBEL seniors you have started something. It is called PRIDE. Seniors you will be missed by the ROWDY 50 YARD LINE REBELS. I do know that we have some young men ready to step into your shoes and attempt to fill them next year. Camden GOOD LUCK to the the lions on Friday night. The REBELS will be pullng for ya'll aganist Fairveiw. I do not know anything about Fairview but I believe that the LIONS will take this one. Go represent 7AA. Iwill be keeping up with the LIONS during the playoffs.

Hey GOT GAME or shuld I say got no game. You have blasted the REBS all year. It would not matter who we played if we had won they would be a cupcake team or they were having a bad night. So in the real world your opinion really does not matter. SC scheulde has been explained in earlier post of how this games came about, but I guess you either did not read it or you just want to bash. SC never has said or even bragged about being the 72 Dolphins. I do not beleive that anyone is taking anything you have to say out of context. BASHING is BASHING no matter what you call it. It's funny NO ONE ever complained about this schelude when SC was everyone's homecoming. Now that the SC fans have something to cheer about all you want to do is bash. BASH away that just gives SC more reason to prove you wrong. Remeber WE ARE SC.

Hardhitter since you are new to the area welcome to 7-2A football. This region has some of the best rivarly games around. As far as padding the stats I don't think coach would do that. The other thing is I have coached before and had fans and parents second guess my decision, so I don't try to coach from the stands. That job is left up to the coaches on the sidelines and my I say they do a great job. Everyone knows that offense puts fans in the stands and defense wins games. Hardhitter not only are the defensive coaches teaching the game but they are teaching those young men life lessons. ThankyouLombardi Thanks for telling the SC hater (GOTGAME) to quit all the negetive comments about the REBELS. Seems to me that he strated off bashing and the more SC plays the comments become less negetive. Also anyone can be a arm chair coach. Now everyone knows why SC fans are so proud of there REBELS. Hardhitter the reason no one has heard about the SC defense is from all the earlier post about dirty play. When that trash talk started no one was interested in anything else but that. Then the trash started about coach being classless. Then everybody started posting that we were playing nobody's, not is that only an insult to the REBS but to the teams we played. So sometimes a well kept secert is any teams best weapon. If anyone from SC would have posted that our defense was good more trash would have got started, so why put our young men through that. Hardhitter thanks for the kind remarks about the HEAD HUNTER defense those young men deserve it along with the rest of the team and the coaching staff. Coach Wallace and Coach Riner is the fire and the grit behind our defense. Go REBELS

LION PRIDE nice post. It's great to pull for your team but it is another when you start disrespecting the opposing team. I know there will always be the haters out there and nothing we can say can change their mind's. It is a free world and they are entilted to their opinon. Now back to Friday night. I agree that the REBS should win this game but remember that this is the REBS biggest rival. T his game you can throw away the wins and losses because the Irish are going to try and play the spoiler role. REBS stay focused and do not over look or take the Irish for granted. Just because we have a winning record they are not going to roll over and give you this game. REBS take this game just like the rest one at a time. Never said that we were a better team than what we were. I don't beleive I have ever posted that I know everything. As far as showing class I beleive I haved showed it well. Remember you are the one that started this post. I am just taking up for these fine young men. Remember my son is one of the Rebs. Your son my have had a good game, but my son is one of the linebackers that you said that stunk. He had a good game that night. He had several tackles, that is assisted and unassisted. So always remember when you talk about someones family or team things are going to be said back. I have never bashed the Irish or any other taem and never will. Now I beleive that shows class. As far as age I am 45. Like we were alsways taught do not judge everyone by the actions of a few. Am I proud of these young men YES, have I ever claimed to be a Camden or a Huntingdon NO. So as I close this post let this Rebel supporter wish your son and his team good luck in 2008. You know as well as I do that this is the best rivarly in 7-2a FOOTBALL. Well Shamrock I guess it is alright when the paper is full of news about the Irish. All you can say is the Rebs is terrible. I know you said that is your opinion. Then what is your opinion about the Irish since the Rebs beat them both times they matched up this year (JV and Varisty). These young men did something that no one before them had ever done, so they should be proud. The Rebs have been a punching bag for many years to all the teams in the district, but when they start to punch back no one likes it. We can have word wars all year, so we need to let these young men take care of business. We don't play the game they do. So in my opinon the Rebs deserve all the praise they have gotten. OK shamerock let's just see how bad we are. By your post the Rebels played nobody, so I guess this inculdes your Irish. The SC JV must not be to awful they beat the Irish JV, pretty well. My son is also a sophmore at SC, but as you would say Dover bottoms. As I have said in several of my post before, do not be hating on any team because this could come back to haunt you. Yes you are right that we got beat by good teams, but I did not see you beat any of them either. So don't talk to much if your team did not do as good as the team you are hating on. As far as arch enemies I did not think so, I thought we were rivals. If you want to be enemies that can be arranged also. This is always the best and most intense game all year for both teams, regardless of the records. All I have to say until it's FOOTBALL time again is we will see in 2008. Cascade11 I agree with you all the way. I would feel very sorry for the person that tried to stop me. If the officals at this game made up this rule then they should be taken care of by the TSSAA. There are always exceptions to any rule. What this people need to think about is what if that was there child. Hope this kind of thing does not happen again. Glad to hear this kid is OK.

Rebel fans remember the Rebs have been a punching bag for many years, and when that punching bag starts to punch back (WIN) some people just can not take it. This game should be a good one. The way it sounds this should be an old fashion smash mouth game. Papa I know that you are just trying to pull chains to see what you can get started and I know its fun for you. I don't think either team needs any bulletin board material. These two teams are going to come out fired up. Rebels stay focused and stay away from all the hype. This is what you young men have worked for all year. Camden, Huntingdon, the rebs are pulling for ya'll. Lets make some noise in the playoffs. Camden turn the MOOSE a loose, Huntingdon let Weathers run wild. Head Hunters from SC lets tie them on, lace them up and lets go play some football.

If Westwood does not have a plan for weathers they are in for a long night. Do not know about Westwood, but do know about Huntingdon (hardhitting and physcial). Goodluck to both teams, but the Mustangs takes this one(however they want).

papatiger always take up for your team, never let anyone talk trash. Iam an SC fan but I wish the tigers the best of luck aganist the irish. I agree that injuries do take a toll on a team small town or not. Papa if I have read your post right the tigers have most of there injuries healed I hope. Papa your team is playing to stay out of the cellar, but thwey are also playing to build for next year. Trust me when I say this I know the feelings your team is going through. SC has had to go through those same times for many years. Papa its been fun trying to figure you out this season, sometimes you have really pulled my chain and other times you had me laughing.
