I think they are staying mostly with the wing t ,but modified a little. I think the Defense will do good this year, last year most those kids were juniors , now they have another year under thier belt and they look alot bigger and stronger, Sowell looks better than ever, I have never seen a 16 year old Senior move like he does. His health will be a key factor, he is not injury prone, but sometimes bad luck just happens.Marshall county cannot "Q" in on Sowell, or they are in big trouble, there are many other threats on the field

Scott Sowell will be a factor this year for sure. I think he is just now ready to turn 17, boy oh boy if he stays free of injuries and the line does thier job, he will be hard to stop, records will be shattered. This will be a good game, I look for Hickman to win by at least 14 , they are way to powerful this year in all aspects.

They will be better this year, they will keep getting better each year, They might pull out a win or 2 ? maybe. The kids deserve a win, the ones that have stuck it out with all this drama really want to be there and are learning life lessons from this Coach that goes far beyond winning a football game. As far as "key" players (as posted in the paper). I dont think they were key players, they were head cases , that I would be safe to say the Coach just got sick and tired of the games. He is not out for a popularity contest ,nobody said football is easy, I think the statement is being made, and if they dont like it, move on .

He is aparently from Dickson, so that shows the reason for his low class comment, East is definetly not a Brentwood or Bearden, but they have a good team for what they got, not much support for soccer in Hickman County, but the kids that stick with it have a love for the sport, even if they do not win state championships,they still play. Lots of kids from Hickman county over the years recieved Soccer Scholarships . This guy is probably like stated , a picked on benchwarmer. ,

East Hickman should Dominate the game as they did when the first match was played. There were quite a few bad calls that cost East Hickman, the handball in the box against East should of never resulted in and ejection, Officiating was horrible, (I do not know where they get these guys, some are great, some have no buisness on the field) . There was no play to the goal ,or was the ball intentionally stopped from going in the goal, it should of resulted in a PK. It cost East as the PK was a score for Hickman. .Prior to this incident one of Hickmans defenders intentionally tripped/tackled a East forward into the ground on a clean break away to the goal just outside of the box he hooked him from behind very dirty move,resulted in a free kick, now that was sufficient cause for ejection, didnt happen.I could go on about that game but having a new goalie who never played soccer before made some simple mistakes. Hickman has 1 forward who is a real threat he had a hat trick on East ,he is the real deal. As for the rest , Hickman is outmatched . East will win,even if the hurt starter does not play, the goalie has dramatically improved, others are stepping up, ball control is getting better. Coach is a smart guy, he will mark Hickmans threat forward and they will win. book it.

Middle school does tell the tale of the future, I did not know East Middle lost to Centerville ever in baseball ? Every game I seen was a routing........... Coach Harris could have ran those scores up as much as he wanted to. East may have a rough start just feeling things out, after that , depending how the young talent is developed, they should be a very strong team. Centerville would have been much stronger last year, but they had disclipline issues that i will not go into . As far as the one who was not smart enough to be on the bus in time.............. I think he is persuing his professional football career, look in the halls of Hickman county high school.............. he swims with the fishes..

They looked very good, ball handling skillz , speed , size , shooting , some very nice weapons( you got some very good shooters on your team) . This year will be majical for them, I wish I could of went to that school... Great Coach too. Enjoy this year.............. stay hungry eagles!

Hickman county has fixed the mistakes that was made against Lewis County, they went back and took care of bizzzz.( oh that was great) I see all the talk of how Hickman has never seen a team like this.............. well there is 2 sides to the coin............................They have never seen a Dawg this hungry and mean before, these kids are in uncharted territory, they will be giving 100%, they are ready......THE DAWG MUST EAT. be ready for a game........... Hickman advances with a win by 6.

they ( LewisCounty) have not seen speed like they are getting ready to see, I am sure there will be some blocks in the back on Lewis, they will get frustrated after they cant stop the Bulldogst and resort to old Lewis county football ( dirty cheap shots), Hickman will Beat Lewis by 14..

I just hope no players get hurt. They cant take anybody lightly, but in an easy game like this all too many times key players get hurt and there goes the season

I say another big scoring game for Hickman, Lawrenceburg will not match up good with the Bulldogs, if Sowell and Villereal find the holes they will win big. The new QB looks awesome.

East Hickmans quarterback changes every game.I think there has been a different one every game. They looked horrible against Richland, but good against Stewart county ( score did not reflect the game) . Dont know anything about Adamsville , but if the line shows up and does what they are supposed to do, East will win especially if the Adamsville team is as young as East, East has several freshman/Sophmore Middle School all dist. players on that team, That I will bet man for man are far better than the opponent. They are just making some real stupid mistakes. This will be the 5th game ever for them, hopefully they will have some of the problems fixed.

Hickman wins big.........actually after looking at that schedule, Lewis county should be the biggest threat. But Some other team may sneak up on them, wild things have happened, and upsets are always a possibility, Hickman wins BIG.
