As a parent of a former player who also had his 3rd coach his senior year,i agree coaching changes can be bad for a program. However I never interfered with what coaches said, did etc. My child was taught to respect the coach whomever it was and do what was asked of him and that led to him playing and he did very well. There has not been a Quarterback club in Macon county for 3 years. I was a member of quarterback club when it existed and what we did was to help provide material and food for the players.

Thank you for your vote of confidence in us. I remember another team a few years ago that went into playoffs with 5-5 record and went on to win the whole thing. Though you may think that those wins were " 5 crappy wins", I bet the boys playing, the coaches and even the fans didnt find them to be " crappy" at all. well you wanted to hear from Macon County fan why this team will beat David Lipscomb and tell us how much of a shame you think it is that Macon made the playoffs with a 5-5 record, and our program hasnt ever done anything. I am and will continue to be a Proud Macon Coounty Fan, and i think and beleive that if Macon County wins this game it will be because they will come into this game knowing what they have to do and doing it. As far as the Seniors, they are enjoying having won some games this year and wanting it to continue. I think that this game will come down to who wants it more. Who do you think you are to be judging Macon County Fans? As a parent and Proud Macon County Fan I dont think you have the right to be judgemental against us just because we dont measure up to your standards!!!! Best of luck friday night Tigers. There was a poem posted on here last year that had soemthing to do about seniors last game of the season, was wondering if anyone coud tell me how to go about finding it. I dont believe we got away with one, I feel we took it. We knew what we needed to do and executed. yes 21 & 29 did improvise with the cutbacks, however didnt seem like smith county could adjust to the cutback.

I really wish that people would give our Coaches and Players a chance and not knock them every chance they get. Give the players the chance to learn this new system, I have been at the games and i can see a difference in how these boys carry themselves. They dont quit, they keep going and trying. Also they dont hang their heads down. I would like to see people just rally around and support our coaches and players. Go Tigers.
