Not sure about ALL middle school athletics, but I know football is not happening this season.

Is this the same protocol in other districts for post-season tournament play? I still can't wrap my head around the idea of a "vote" determining tournament seedings....??? If that is the case then it shouldn't matter either way whether all teams play one another since a vote determines their seeding destiny anyways.

Unfortunately for the kids, I think it will be a horrible environment. I just don't see alot of people from the area traveling to Vanderbilt for the game on a Thursday night. Good luck to both teams.

At some point, however, you do have to look at the record of any given coach. A 12.5% Winning percentage would be hard to sell as a head coach to potential schools. None-the-less, good luck to Davidson this year.
