  1. CAK has enough state championships, they should give ND a chance...
  2. Does Notre Dame allow Coacht access time during school hours ? D haha funny...I was at home after a SEARCH overnighter and came in late =]
  3. well from what i remember, jackson christian was not a strong team the last two years (ND has played them in state quarters), and dyersburg lost to them 0-4. but yes, ND should not take them lightly
  4. i think two years ago, ND went from district to state semis, only scored on by boyd in region. =] i want to say that they weren't scored on by district opponents during regular season either, but im not positive
  5. can anyone elaborate on the ND-ECS game? i couldn't go, and im curious as to how in the world they tied by that number.
  6. ugh let's not. we can only take so many butterflies in our stomachs...
  7. I've been to this camp the last two years, once as a forward and once as a keeper. The keeper training last summer was stupendous, coached by the William Penn keeper coach. The field player camp was okay, but not really worth the money. But then again I might be biased seeing as i live in Chatt Town so it's not that exciting ;]
  8. notre dame vs. sequatchie: 11-1 ND
  9. well dang it. i didnt mind having three of those teams in our division
  10. close. born on an odd month though /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  11. i swear conig if this is right i will personally hunt you down and strangle you. ND better win this year. and ND won 4-0 against JCS last year. wasn't exactly an exciting game
  12. well if i do get to come in, here are my state picks: quarters: CAK vs. SC: CAK CPA vs. USJ: CPA FRA vs. Seymour: FRA ND vs. JCS: ND Semis: CAK vs. CPA: CAK FRA vs. ND: ND Final: ND total goals: 26 go Irish! /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
  13. wow. i have to say i'm shocked. CCS's keeper is typically excellent in the net. should be interesting to see how the brackets line up
  14. i didn't think so but i was hoping...
  15. wait, so was this a do or die game?
  16. olivia will be able to play on senior night! they are counting the bearden and CCS games as sit-outs, so she will be allowed to play.
  17. that's a difficult situation. i found it very difficult to see the lines even after the sun had set, let alone before. but yes, olivia played amazing! she was all over the ball
  18. i thought that they had tied 2-2
  19. did anybody happen to get a recording of the ND-Oak Ridge game last Friday? the video camera broke (or something) and we didn't get a video of it. will compensate for a copy. thanks!
  20. yeah, as a keeper myself, it always stinks having a high scoring game against you. but goalies have to keep the mindset that not all goals are their fault and to use the many shots as a good learning experience/training. i completely agree with your daughter's view. high scoring games may stink for the losing team and yes, excessive scores are a bit much, but they can learn from watching the winning team play. it can only make them better (unless of course they just give up altogether).
  21. if you're right in front of the goal with the ball, you can't exactly turn around and run back to half-field and start over. the goals made after the "lets work on possession-only shoot outside the 18" talk were unavoidable ones or a mistake by the goalie (went through her legs, etc.) signal played hard and many of the players from both teams were on the field chatting afterwards. with the memphis tourney this weekend, nd couldnt exactly sit back and get lazy.
