  1. I agree with you, just wanted to know what tie-breaker you would use. In ANY sport split up into divisions/regions/districts with a three-way tie, overall record is the first tie-breaker. Look at it this way, Fulton and AE should be better prepared for the playoff grind by playing a harder schedule. Fulton and AE are usually really good, first time I've really noticed Gibbs in the headlines in the few years I've lived in the Knoxville area so their schedule was probably set up accordingly. But any tie-breaker you want to use, except maybe points allowed would give Gibbs the title with of course a win this Friday. That's just from looking at scores in the paper by the way.
  2. How do you think the tie breaker should be decided?
  3. Don't think Gibbs is well-coached? I don't know much about them other than what highlights I have seen and stories I've read. G-P is gonna shock them Friday Night, different G-P teams from years past with more speed and skill. They are gonna spread it around more and shock them. G-P still a tough nosed team, but more skill than past. Gibbs is not use to success, G-P is.
  4. What's your prediction against Gibbs? I went down Emory and watched a beating last night. Think Pigeon Forge has a pretty good chance?
  5. Have they posted the schedule and times for the BRAC Jamboree Friday?
  6. Have they released the date/time for the Greene Co. Jamboree?
  7. I went to the West @ Halls game tonight. F irst base for West was a sophomore, Will Chesney, he is a pretty good looking player. Halls started a lefty on first that pitched, number 24, thought it was a ghost because he pitched too. He played well, was the player of the game in my opinion. Anyone know his name? I heard somebody say he was a sophomore and he had the game winning hit.
  8. Heard the talk this week on here and went to the game. Halls defense can't stop a fast quarterback, hope the next team doesn't have one for the Devils. I think #10 ran for over 200 and only the good Lord knows why he didn't run more in the second half - obvious coaching error by Cleveland. Not sure what the problem is for Halls, defense looks athletic but containing a quarterback like that is all technique and discipline. If they had such a problem with Central and the McMillian kid so early, surely they could have addressed that roblem by now so they must just not have the athletes to stop it. They played very hard and never quit and with the heart they showed me tonight they can keep winning. But if the next team has speed it may be a long Friday and off-season.
