vader believe me it pains me to say this,but grace will handle university by at the least 12 points,(the least).Not only that but if they play any one from region one or two at state the will win that one also.After that they will come home.This area cannot compete with the west side of the bracket.........

when we played os saturday,was not impressed with harper,yes a big kid but not athletic got himself in trouble early,doesnt move up and down the floor well,carter on the other hand is a nice athlete,moves very well,and to end a defensive possesion you have to be able to move along with rebound,he didnt rebound well against the kees,of course the kees inside game is much better than graces but that is not were they will beat you,they will run you to death harper will not be much of a factor.

the difference between rockwood and the other teams is the coaching,Coach K is the best coach not only in this region but around this area,His team is always ready to play,and their defense is very tough.Grace is the most athletic at the peremeter by far,but without an inside game you cannot win championships,look at the district final.Losing Burdette #10 is a big loss for the depth of Grace not to mention the best three shooter by percentage on the team,when he quit they lost a good defender and shooter,very intense kid.I like Oliver Springs in the Grace match up,carter is a tough ball player,harper is just dead weight cant get up and down the floor,but he takes up alot of room.If Grace gets to running it could turn the other way,I just think without burdette they cannot run as hard as they have been able to.

I think titlow and carter are the two best power forwards in our region by far, but carter has a good supporting cast titlow has carried g-back all year,no body else has stepped up would love to see a good game tonight but titlow cannot win big games by himself.

if you all noticed last night grace has also lost one of the under classmen guards,Cory burdette a very good intense defender that shoots a better percentage than any other starter from three land.he quit had falling out with lamb,bringing in amos cut into his playing time.they lost a big part of future for the rams,williams went to harding acadamy,will he be back next year?im guessing yes.

i agree totaly, sexton along with titlow from greenback are definately all region performers, titlow is averaging around 16 points a game and 10 rebounds one of if not the hardest kids in the region to defend,a very good ball player,sexton is also very hard to defend puts up some good points.who ever picked this team has not watched many games.the buchanon kid from gback is a pretty good baller but titlow leads the team in every catagory,i guess its because hes a senior.

hooper was done the same way at clarksville,had the kid pinned three times.the dont see everyting but i didnt see the pin on sluder.i dont know about you matback?

congrats to coach Wells and L.C. good win and yes pretty good coaching.as i said before tyler hood is the best player in 3a ball right now,with what he has to work with he gets it done every time,powers just cant play well against good gaurds,the same thing happened against farragut,if you leave him by himself he can hit 70%,but as we all know the better teams have good gaurds that can play defense,if he was six feet tall and a little quicker he would be dangerous!good luck in the tourneys!

greenback wins huge game at harriman,titlow played a great game dominated inside as usual got all the harriman bigs in foul trouble in first quarter.massive block at end of regulation to send in to overtime.Cody buchannon stepped up and played like he should,awesome game except for the freethrows,tournament time got to hit them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!good luck kees.

if im correct,but the first time you all played grace they were without slusher(averaging 20 plus points a game),with him they are plus 20 points easy,hard match up for an average guard.Sorry just facts.

et152, the coach was coaching, we have a couple of kids that rassel at 152, the one who has been rasslin at 152 is a first year freshman and he made 145 so he rassled your next best rassler.dont give yourself so much credit you could have been the one the coach told not to finish.and by the way he told the coach he could finish the coach wouldnt let him. there is no way any one from the nation would be skeered of any body on the mat especially from elizebethton.how did you all even get to the sectional,and by the way the girls put up a better fight than the boys did..OUCH!!!!

one of the ranked was sluder wrestling on one knee we knew it would be tough for him to win, jarrod had to lose 6 pounds in one day got sick during match, older browning caught a fore head to jaw may be broke if healthy these three would have easily win,anyone who has seen these guys wrestle knows they dont lose often if any.youger wrestlers stepped up never in trouble of losing.

yes you are probably right, just like everting else we teach our youth take the easy way out.

i agree,last night substate at greenback,our wrestler took down elizabethton wrestler a little hard, he took the two minutes looked at his coach and said i'm fine, the coach told him to take a knee. the wrestler struggled with the decision the coach made told them he couldnt continue the wrestler left the mat went to the locker room looked to be upset with the decision THE COACH MADE! its a rough sport full contact the kids know this,dont teach them to be a coward.Let the mat determine who wins.

missed this one ,Huh! Im sure there is a logical explanation. Grace 49 Rockwood 47, final.Grace has the better athletes but Rockwood has the better coach,probably one of the best around this area.I would have picked Grace in a blow out,WRONG!

not to cause a controversy, but on the radio the coach said he was academically ineligable,kind of like last year, did he get eligible that fast in a week.just wondering shouldnt matter with or without him,we are not playing well right now anyway.

Dailey 285 won the consolation,Vittatoe 103 won the consolation,Miller,Miller,Sluder in finals,great showing so far!If Browning was there would have four finalist.........
