they really jus didn't show up to play. it was close the whole first half but jackson outplayed pickett in the fourth

i have westmoreland by 6...simply because the eagles have SOOOOO many players who know how to score and you can't shut them all down at once... also they've been playin great team defense the past 4 or 5 games

dude calm down...i wasn't bashin garrett or anythin...i simply said he played with no energy and like he didn't wanna be out there...i didn't know he had all that goin on wit him...hes gotta lotta heart jus bein out there with that goin on and tryin to be there for his team

your right. 23 is a great player...very few players have been able to shut him down this year because he has so many different levels to his game...when he has one of his rare off nights, everybody else seems to always pick his slack

you can add westmoreland and jackson county to the sweet sixteen of single a...they are two really hot teams right now and are going to be really hard to beat

i'll give it up to jackson...they played a great game until i had to leave when the weather got bad...they are one of the hottest teams right now but so is westmoreland...no team has been with 15 points of them in the last four or five games. with both teams playing as good as they are right now...it will make for a heck of a region 4a championship game!

westmoreland by like 20...they were up by 10 the whole game but made it 20 in the 4th...it really wasn't even close the whole game...upchurch was a non factor for the buffalos...westmoreland got in his got in his head and had him pushing, grabbing jerseys and cryin to the refs the whole night...westmoreland played a flawless game and is ready for clay county tuesday night

why are you still talkin bout the regular season? what did barely beatin westmoreland, friendship and trousdale in the regular season get you in the district tournament? THIRD PLACE!!! who came out on top when it really mattered? now you guys get to go face a tough clay county team in their own gym...if clay plays like they did the rest of the season except for the last one, gordonsville won't even be close to them

Westmoreland pulled out a big win tonight against trousdale county an their own gym. They ended up winnin by 17. Trousdale played a great game but the eagles jus shot the lights out the whole night. It was close the whole first half and the westmoreland buckled down on defense in the third and shut em down. The perry kid was on tonight for westmoreland. He had prolly 5 or 6 threes...maybe even more. But what happened to gordonsville Z King of D Swing? I thought they were gonna win it all? They barely beat friendship if the teeter kid for friendship wouldn'ta choked on the game tyin free throw with 0.3 seconds left. But anyways, congrats to the westmoreland eagles with their 2nd district championship in three years. Now lets see if they can take care of business saturday night against clarkrange and hopefully face pickett in the region championship.

yea yea...they may have the season title but theres no way they can make it throught districts or much less regions cuz at region theres atleast four teams better than them...the only way they have a chance in winnin there is cuz its in their own gym

i never said the refs go into a game thinkin they're gonna make most calls against a certain team...i just said there were significant and obvious calls again westmoreland at the end of the game

how can you say that...what bout the over the back call at the end where there was now boxout...or the walk whenever the westmoreland player picked up his dribble and pivoted...or the block call when he was there really to take the charge for like 2 or 3 seconds and he got hit in the mouth and it was called a block...your sayin those three calls were right??? you obviously didn't watch the game...prolly wasn't even there

there may have been a few against gordonsville but none when the game really mattered like against the eagles

The game between gordonsville and westmoreland was close all game but there were three or four calls that really didn't go the eagles way in the fourth quarter...like there was a walk call against the little point guard...westmoreland was getting little touch fouls called against them the whole game...the tigers posts were hooking the eagles defenders nearly all game. Westmoreland had the chance to win...with less than a minute left they had the ball and a one point lead but they took a contested lay up on a fast break with like 40 seconds left and missed...but there was an obvious charge against gordonsville that went their way which tied the game but with five seconds left the westmoreland player drove and made the lay up with 3 gordonsville players on him and the refs called a charge on him...seems like to me...the home team should atleast be able to get a few calls go their way on their home floor but they oughta be used to it by now cause its been that way all season
