Just what I have been waiting for someone else to say. I am a huge Chase Malone fan. The kid has talent. I think they should have put him at QB for the SC game at least for a few plays to see how that worked. Oh well, SC earned it.

Well said. Chase is a versatile player who brings talent to QB and receiver positions. With his height and athletic ability, he can easily see the options and make quick decisions wherever he plays. Gordonsville has a great team this year with many talented players. There's just something about Gordonsville Football................

I agree. I was not at the game, but I heard Chase did a great job at QB. Judging form the SC game, which is the only game I have seen, G-ville should throw. They don't have much of a running game, or they didn't that night anyway. Good Luck to the Big Blue!!

Coach King has worked really hard on the field to make certain the place is spectacular for this weekend. I know he has a great support team with Judge, parents, friends, etc. I am there when he is down and out and I see the dedication he has to this team and community. He takes the students, team, parents, etc. seriously and he cares. He is a great guy and should be commended on his effort and compassion.

This is a great tournament honoring a great kid. Coach King and Judge put lots of time and effort into keeping this facility a beautiful memorial in honor of Alex and for others to enjoy who love the game. Looks like some really good teams are playing, but Coach King should consider inviting the Big Blue Gordonsville Tigers next time! CM#18

Wow, what an awesome facility JC Baseball has. The Alex Cassity Fieldhouse is unbelievable! I look for JC to come out with alot of heart. This is a young team with a promising future. Coach King does a great job with the boys and Judge Cassity does a great job with the facilities. Coach and Judge, you guys mean alot to JC Baseball. Your time and effort is very appreciated!

Jackson County has a young team this year. They lost 7 seniors off last year's team. This year the blue devils will field a whole new infield, and a whole new pitching staff. Coach King will hope the team will get better has the season goes along. The new indoor facility is awesome. This along with a midde school team will just help the blue devil baseball team in the future.

I'm sure your mercy was appreciated.

No, I actually don't give 2 poops about TC. I just get tired of hearing how you guys are so great and little ol' g-ville might as well be pissin' in the wind than to think we have a shot. If you guys go all the way, then great. I am happy for you, but don't degrade the teams you played to get you there. After all, if all the teams you have played are so pitiful and all you had to do was show up, then your success is really not so sweet.

I don't know about TC running their mouth, but I do know that the scoreboard at the TC/RBS game told more about TC than just the score. What a classless way to say, "We are talented".

Would you like it more if Gordonsville fans posted that we should just forfeit the game and save our gas for M'boro to watch TC get hammered if they make it that far?
